Fordele: Am very upset with how I got treated
Ulemper: Paid GBP 26.99 to be able to take with me my carry-on that was refused by a groundstaff standing outside and informing me she determined what would happen. Bad bad experience and paying GBP 26,99 for nothing is a real shame
Fordele: Food and crew were excellent
Ulemper: 8 hours in the air.
Fordele: A good range of cafes at Gatwick while my wife and I wait 7 hours at airport for next flight
Ulemper: Easyjet's abysmal customer service. We are at gate 40 minutes before and are waiting to board only to find out that they have closed the gate early due to few passengers,wiyhout making any announcement. The airplane is still standing right there but they say we can't board as they have closed the doors. To make things worse, Easyjet refused to pay for the replacement flight, let alone compensate us for the flight we missed (cutting our 2 day holiday in half practically).
Ulemper: The plane was late and we were all crammed into a tiny area whilst we waited to board. We got on straight after the previous passengers disembarked so the plane had not been cleaned well and the whole flight was uncomfortable as it was so hot. The staff were rude in the check in at the Basel airport
Ulemper: Flight delay but that was of no issue. Apart from that there was nothing to complain about. Boarding was speedy. Plane was comfortable. Flight was smooth
Fordele: Great friendly crew. Efficient systems.
Ulemper: Tight seats. Very little leg room.
Fordele: Food/ staff/access to TV/movies etc!
Ulemper: Crew was rude and slow

Ulemper: Boarding at gate 43 at Berlin was very bad. Encouraged to go to gate very early. The gate area wasn’t pleasant. Once checked in through the gate we had to stand in a cramped fenced off area for more than 30 mins Seating on aeroplane cramped Everything else was good.
Ulemper: Tall people suffer in any seat but the exit seat. Delayed flights are never enjoyable

Fordele: The crew are always friendly and welcoming, but today they were fantastic ! Thank-you to Maria & Clare for making the short flight even more enjoyable.
Fordele: Awesome business class seat, or rather throne
Ulemper: Limited selection of movies
Fordele: Crew was lovely! Friendly and happy. Well organized and responsive.
Ulemper: Overseas flight seats were tight going and coming, and being that long a flight you feel you are sitting on top of your neighbors. Air quality descends on a long full flight, it became claustrophobic by the end. There was only an option for vegetarian-vegan, but I am not vegan. I won't do that again. My daughter's bag didn't make to SFO, even though we were early to check in.

Fordele: The food was great. The service is excellent. Swiss Air gets an A+.
