Ulemper: No AC, we roasted. Seats uncomfortably small. Terrible on boarding and off boarding process.

Ulemper: Boarding was awful

Ulemper: Get more organised. There is no point checking the passports on the plane door when they have already been checked at the gate, especially when people are waiting in the freezing cold to board the plane.

Fordele: Fast boarding, crew was able to help

Fordele: The check in was super easy, they attendent was lovely and the flight itself was alright. However, there was a toddler screaming for 30 mins and not member of the crew adressed the issue and talked to the mother ot tried to calm down the kid.

Ulemper: They called us to queue up way before they started boarding. We stood there in a long line for almost 40 mins. They could've called right before they actually wanted us to start going in the plane.

Fordele: Crew excellent, especially as they dealt with delay due to earlier medical event

Ulemper: Not really. Although pushback delayed, arrival was 10 minutes early

Fordele: The crew is very nice.

Ulemper: Communicate with the other airports for delays....we got home 9 hours later and missed events which were planned because of a failed paperwork delay in Milano.

Ulemper: Very long flight

Fordele: Great service, tasty sandwich.

Ulemper: Boarding was a bit of a scrum.

Fordele: Helpful crew Good food

Ulemper: Our luggage came back damaged and open !

Fordele: Customer care was super supportive

Fordele: Good amount of space on the plane, lots of movies to watch, good food and drink.

Fordele: The pilot and the crews were helpful about the transit. Pilot make up a lot of time.

Ulemper: Flight was delayed, had to run to my next connection flight.

Fordele: The crew was professional & friendly

Ulemper: Food was terrible honestly, entertainment system didn't work on 1st flight.

Ulemper: New variety of food

Fordele: Good selection of movies.

Ulemper: Had to use a shoe horn to get into and out of my seat and I'm not a large guy. But really my harsh criticism comes from the loss of my girlfriends luggage. It was left behind in Paris on our way to Casablanca causing us to waste a day in Casablanca traveling back to the airport the grab the bag the next day. And to add injury to insult her bag was left behind in JFK during our transfer for our flight to Seattle. No big deal right, Delta will deliver the bag to our house the next day, wrong, we were told we have to go to the airport ourselves to get the bag.

Ulemper: Comfort plus seats need some work. Very thin padding on a hard seat. The leg rest needs to come up higher so you don’t slide down while semi reclined. Nice compromise between business and coach though.

Ulemper: Staff Curtsy and overall gestures!!

Fordele: Early morning flight so left on time and arrived early. Staff excellent.

Ulemper: Seats are grim like most European carriers in coach...

Fordele: Smooth flying so got some sleep

Ulemper: Clearer back-to-front boarding process

Fordele: I liked the (free) upgrade to Premium Economy.

Ulemper: Food was ok but I recommend including a small salad with dinner.

Ulemper: Delay of 40 minutes

Fordele: Leg room fantastic

Fordele: Crew was very supportive

Ulemper: The long stopover at London (11:20 hrs) should have been taken care of in terms of accommodation, SPA Access or meal voucher.

Ulemper: Flight was run by American airlines. The Seats on the 777 were small extremely poor legroom.

Fordele: The entire crew was amazing! Super comfy flight with complete lie-flat club world seats. Arrived into London feeling very refreshed!

Fordele: Crew was super nice

Ulemper: Don’t pack people in like sardines! Our seats were so close it was in humane! Also we were in the back of the plane and it was uncomfortably hot! Why are there no individual a/c blowers over each seat!! Because of the heat and the cramped seats had to keep getting up and standing in the back because I was so claustrophobic!! Miserable, miserable, miserable!!!
