Ulemper: Flight was late, very little communication, hot and uncomfortable and slow, and everyone missed their connections.

Ulemper: We were delayed for nearly an hour.

Fordele: Steal money!!!! You guys didn’t allow to bring our carryons in to airplane and was a little short, she forced us to pay for them and send to the big luggage. But when we was boarding there so many people with a bigger baggage!!! I can’t accept that !!!

Ulemper: If they could be on-time. This one was half hour late

Ulemper: The flight was delayed for 40 min

Fordele: We had an eventless and safe flight and it was not too cold on the plane.

Ulemper: There was no paper towel in the toilet, the water for the tee was not warm enough to have tee. We have been told to have 10-20 min delay we arrived much later. And the intonation of the speaking stewardess was so annoying that you could not listen to it :( These are minor things but can change the customer experience.

Fordele: One of the very rare on-time, efficient and smooth flights with Wizzair. Check-in was fairly quick and incident-free, despite some of the other passengers reporting problems with the procedures and the staff. Boarding was quick and the flight actually arrived 10 minutes earlier than scheduled.

Ulemper: As usual, the cabin crew is adequately polite, but not overly friendly, the food & beverage range is mediocre and overpriced at best and the entertainment is virtually non-existent.

Fordele: the boarding was smooth, the bus to the plane wasn't crowded and the plane was flying low so you could enjoy the sceneries and still get cell phone reception.

Ulemper: the overhead compartment was a bit small and there was almost no leg room but both of my flights were short. I booked my flight through an app and it didn't give me any checked baggage so I tried to modify my booking through airserbia website but I couldn't so I ended up paying 60 euros for my bag at the airport.

Fordele: The crew on board was helpful, but they can hardly make up for company’s atrocious policies.

Ulemper: They made me pay $70 for my carry on luggage - the very same one that I didn’t have to check in on my way to Zurich. The company has obscure luggage policies that could easily qualify as hidden charges. I will do everything I can to avoid flying with Air Serbia in the future.

The crew were not informative about what was going on. The plane made worrying noises when taking off.

Ulemper: Flight entertainment was not fully functional. Many films would not play. The meal was also particularly bad - all three options that were available (chicken, pasta and vegetarian curry). Flight attendants often seemed very rushed.

Ulemper: Austrian could learn from the likes of singapore airlines and cathay pacific: the choice of movies was pretty limited (1 italian, 1 french, 1 spanish) and the games were simply boring. Ulemper: Seat spacing is small, to the point that it's impossible to remain in the seat few hours without physical pain in your body

Ulemper: Boarding was done by bus and it took too long and it want comfortable

Ulemper: It was over an hour late with little information about why. The gate wasn't shared until the last minute. Boarding was awful and confusing. We were stuck sitting at the gate for a long time with no air and the crew didn't deserve the last ten rows any water. The luggage also took forever to get onto the belt. Overall bad

Ulemper: 2 hours delays from LAX to CDG then additional two hours delay from CDG to CAI, this is disappointing

Fordele: The crew was terrific.

Ulemper: I not get to go my flight, I couldn't get reimbursement

Fordele: I like the atmosphere of the Swiss airline company, checking in, flights was excellent

Ulemper: Games sollten Nachts gesperrt werden. Die gute Dame hinter mir spielte wohl die ganze Nacht Solitaire und mein Sitz schüttelte immer. Auf meine bitte zu stoppen weder kommentar noch reaktion.

Fordele: Wasn't awake, can't say

Ulemper: Probably it would be nice to have a bit bigger screen with general information about the flight and local time

Fordele: Staff was very friendly and loved the food.

Ulemper: For economy class, nothing.

Fordele: Arrival Gate position in Seville was perfect for a quick exit.

Ulemper: The wueue for priorty boarding was twice the size of normal. Rip off.

Fordele: I like the assistant she tried to help me at the check in with the extra kilo even though I was a bit stressed and she was too but she need to listen what the costumer says because there was a mistake

Ulemper: Make the payment for the extra kilo at the same place at the check in point PLEASE I can’t spend 1hr and a half on only the baggage check in and if I want to pay for an extra kilo I have to go another place and wait again a looot The plane was too cold The chair in the plane like a rock stone sitting on There was a mistake in the ticket because of the baggage I’m sorry but it was a bit hard

Ulemper: 1 hour delay leaving from Berlin plus 1 hour wait for the luggage in Barcelona

Fordele: Crew was friendly, plane clean

Ulemper: Boarding process was very slow. Paid for a sea in advance. I was assigned a seat in row 7, put in group 3. No overhead space for my small carryon.

Fordele: Helpful crew. Quick flight.

Ulemper: No gate assignment until right before boarding. Chaotic,especially when you don’t know the airport or airline.

Fordele: Everything works and quick to get to destination.

Fordele: Information sharing by pilots and crew. Economy class leg room is good.

Ulemper: All good up to the level

Fordele: Decent price for economy comfort seat, 4A.

Ulemper: The flight was delayed about 80 minutes and they did not informed until when I got to the Airport. I could have stayed more at home instead of the terminal. They have also changed the boarding gate..

Ulemper: I paid for the preferred seat .and i found that people beside me didnt pay anything when i asked them ,

Ulemper: Kayak... I booked a flight from Eindhoven - Alicante AND return!!! But Kayak only talked about the trip to Alicante...
