Ulemper: old planes with bad seats and no chargers or entertainment

Fordele: The crew were so friendly and helpful.

Ulemper: I was told on the phone earlier (and very rudely) there are no gluten free options for eating. I have celiac disease and do not do the diet for "fun". It's for health. I found out thanks to the excellent crew on board there is an option.

Fordele: The seats were comfortable, entertainment during the long flight was very good.

Ulemper: Do not show options with a connecting flight boarding before the first flight has arrived. My family had to run a long distance from our arriving gate to the departing one in the Munich airport, which is not a small one!! Luckily United was holding the plane for us!

Ulemper: Agent changed our flight to Munich and sent as a email with with confirmation on July 10. involuntary. On July 20. I checked Lufthansa app and found that only flight that was shown was flight Toronto-Thunder Bay. After 3 hours of phoning I found that flight from Munich to Toronto wasn’t available for date that was given us in email. Only option was day earlier or later. Left us to take day earlier and we could not changed last flight( Toronto- Thunder Bay). We had to come on Aug 22. and stay in Toronto for 27 hours and than take a flight to Thunder Bay on Aug 23. We lost a day of our vacation, had to stay at hotel. Not good experience at all. We still don’t know whom to complain about that.

Fordele: Nothing. This was poor service from every stand point, starting from punctuality. Almost 2 hours delay and almost lost my connecting flight in Barcelona

Ulemper: Change management

Ulemper: Last minute switched plan causing much discomfort and confusion.

Ulemper: Kiwi booked only 15kg bags instead of the paid 20kg bag on my booking confirmation. We had to pay an extra 90 Euro. It ruined our morning.

Ulemper: The departure could have been on time.

Fordele: Arrival in time

Ulemper: Compartment for hand luggage was full, no space

Fordele: Absolutely nothing

Ulemper: Everything

Fordele: Short, convenient, direct, value for money.

Ulemper: Not comfortable, small plane.

Ulemper: Short flight and unmemorable (that's a good thing)

Fordele: Efficient boarding, friendly crew. Seats comfortable enough for an hour, but no longer.

Ulemper: I have never been on a flight where there were so many screaming infants, and so loudly. Air Serbia, like the other airlines, apparently can find nobody smart and creative enough to solve that problem.

Fordele: Air Serbia did the best they could to keep passengers comfortable and send all of us to hotel during the day w food and comfortable accommodation

Fordele: Quick and short flight. Plane was clean and comfortable

Ulemper: The way they nickel and dime their customers. Their baggage fees are ridiculous! Paid $224 for round trip ticket.... paid about $132 round trip for my luggage!!! Will never fly with them again.

Fordele: On time, Professional crew.

Ulemper: Leaving from Reus Airport even though we had paid extra for priority boarding as we went through the boarding gate then asked to stop outside the Airport building waiting to be directed to the plane, All passengers where directed through the gate and where mixed with the priority paying passengers.

Ulemper: No issues

Fordele: Crew were good. Boarding seemed to be good. When we eventually got going the flight was good and very quick (35mins)

Ulemper: We sat on the plane for 1 hour without moving anywhere as there was a discrepancy with the numbers they thought they had and the list (or something). When we were cleared for take off we then had to get in a massive queue before we could leave.

Ulemper: Make sure you have a ticket with a selected seat or else they will not let you board, they overbook flights very often!

Ulemper: The flight was an hour late with no announcements made in the terminal

Ulemper: We never got there

Fordele: Personalet er virkelig venligt og service orienteret. Gode film valg

Ulemper: Maden var ringere end almindeligvis. Jeg finder det er mærkværdigt at man får servering og så når den nærmest er indtaget, så først kommer brød. Savner engelske tekster på engelske film, det er svært at høre al tale på filmen, både på grund af støj fra flyet og kvaliteten af øre telefonerne

Fordele: Crew was good, seat was not, it was freezing cold and one little blanket was inadequate!

Ulemper: Provide another blanket when needed, was wearing shorts and a short sleeve shirt.

Fordele: The whole crew is so kind

Ulemper: Delta made my whole first flying experience the best.

Ulemper: We had a short delay

Fordele: Captain was great !

Ulemper: Food

Fordele: Seat was comfortable

Ulemper: Had reasonable size carry on and it was frowned upon? Seat was right behind business class and separation curtain just is my laps

Fordele: Crew was really nice can’t complain

Ulemper: Other airlines offer free beer or even hard liquor here u have to pay

Ulemper: horrible dry croissant for breakfast

Fordele: I didn’t like anything about flying with Norwegian airlines.

Ulemper: Boarding was handled poorly, flight was delays both outbound and return flights up to 3 hours each time, the food wasn’t good at all, there was no entertainment or any sort of flight info available. The seats were packed as tightly as possible. Bathroom on the flight was out of order.

Fordele: The crew was nice

Ulemper: The seats are uncomfortable and for a 9 hour flight food should be included and headphones was very in shock international flight had non of the above

Ulemper: We were traveling with 1.5 year old child and we had to leave our stroller at the entrance to the gate and got it back with the rest of the luggage, needless to say we had to carry our child all the way to the plane and then to the baggage claim. Why can't it be taken and given back at the entrance.

Fordele: Sweet crew

Ulemper: Flight entertainment was not fully functional. Many films would not play. The meal was also particularly bad - all three options that were available (chicken, pasta and vegetarian curry). Flight attendants often seemed very rushed.

Fordele: They have Economy class seats on the business class. Uncomfortable.

Ulemper: Timeliness

Fordele: I do like the clean aircraft, and pretty precise service. Also it was on time , for comfort the pillow and the blanket was nice . Some airlines doesn’t give anything anymore! Which is awful.

Ulemper: Just a small thing the lady who was serving and picking up the used cups said I have to finish the juice and after she can take it away. But I couldn’t finish because it was too sweet and I didn’t like the juice. So I had to get up and bring the cup to the back. That wasn’t nice. Also they at but flexible about giving choices. Only one kind of sandwich they had but I think there was one other kid also.

Ulemper: The flight was an hour late with no announcements made in the terminal

Fordele: Staff was pleasant and polite. Seats were comfortable enough for economy.

Ulemper: Boarding seemed to take and incredibly long time.

Ulemper: Carry on policy is ridiculous

Fordele: Boarding was smooth and everything was on time

Fordele: Simple Flight.

Fordele: Flights on time. Friendly crew. Nice interior on the Aircraft. FREE WIFI!!

Fordele: Free WiFi. Clean plane. Comfortable seats.

Ulemper: Slow to start boarding.

Fordele: Boarding

Ulemper: The crew very impressed and not give a good safety at the plane

Fordele: Crew was very nice!

Ulemper: Amount of carry on bags were unclear and we got charged 50£ for having a second bag. This was very confusing and frustrating as we boarded. We were told it was for space but there was plenty of room for luggage.

Fordele: Nothing. I never took a flight so bad in my life.

Ulemper: They could have another line to the people that couldn’t make check-in online, but they prefere to charge you a amount of $55,00 euros. Me and my husband tried to do the check-in online but the system was out off service and than when we tried again, 2 hour before departure, it was no possible

Ulemper: Entertainment online

Ulemper: I had to pay to check my carry on when there was more than enough space in the cabin. It’s a rip off to be honest. My first experience with European airlines and this was the worst. It was uncomfortable as well

Fordele: Fast boarding

Ulemper: Slow in refuelling, got us delayed for 40-

Ulemper: I congratulate the KLM crew!

Fordele: The crew tried to be helpful but were equally frustrated with the ground crew.

Ulemper: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Fordele: Staff were professional and polite.

Ulemper: Despite zone boarding, boarding and disembarkation were very slow. Passengers like me with flight connections were very anxious regarding missing these.

Fordele: Chief of the cabin

Ulemper: Terrible customer service. Attention to disable customers is null. They literally torture the disable passengers. Very rude and insulting wheel chair staff.

Fordele: 2 free checked bags

Ulemper: Very long wait time.

Fordele: NOTHING.....................DUE TO FLIGHT CONNECTION CANCELLATION TAP AIR PORTUGAL FORCED US TO STAY STUCK IN AMSTERDAM FOR 15 HOURS
