Ulemper: "The attendant who checked me in at the Porto airport was very rude and sarcastic. At the gate they said the flight would be delayed half an hour, however they just called us to start boarding a half an hour after the flight was expected to leave. At that time the passengers of the previous flight were just starting to leave the plane so everyone that was about to board then had to stand in the freezing cold tunnel way with all of our bags for another 20 minutes while the previous passengers got off. There was no food or any beverage other than water offered on the flight."

Ulemper: "Flight from Porto to Lisbon was late. We almost didn't make our flight from Lisbon to Barcelona. Our luggage didn't make the connection."
Ulemper: "We had to pay for a check in luggage fee. Then flight was delayed for about an hour. The gate number change so we had to keep on checking to see what gate it was to be. They keeping on changing the delayed time so it end up being nearly two hours before we got on the plane. I was very disappointed that we didn't get where we needed to be on time. Our hour and 45 minute flight end up just wasting time waiting for the plane. They could of at least refund our check in bag fee for the inconvenient."
Fordele: "Stay away from TAP. I wish the people at the counter were just rude - they were tormenting us and lying to me about my luggage. When they found out I insisted on not checking my bag, they told me they would "keep it" in the meantime. Turned out they went ahead and threw the bag onto the plane. We ended up having to go find it at lost and found. They initially told me it was going to only take 5-10 mins to retrieve my luggage, but then 40 mins passed and still nothing. My poor mom had to wait by the empty belt - and boarding started and the luggage still wasn't there. They forced us to pay 35 euros (it's principle, not the money) when their policy said nothing about it when I booked it on the website. My mom was in tears and I had the worst few hours of my life. TAP - you are disgusting. It takes a lot for me to be upset but you really did everything out of your way to make us suffer. Even told us we might have to miss our flight. You put a huge dent on my trip."

I'm not happy at all with this flight, and over 12 hours later, I feel disgusting, and my first day in Barcelona has been miserable because of it. I place all of the blame on the Lisbon connecting terminal. I am not happy."

This time it was ready for boarding. I don't understand why they took us if the plane was ready. Once we were there why did we go back to the gate again?? Get it together TAP. My first and only experience and it wasn't a good one."

Old planes, ride staff (even by remarkably curt and abrupt Romanian standards). Broken inline experience. Overall unpleasant. Seems to be flown only by Romanian families with hundreds of pounds of luggage. Like a caravan."

Ulemper: "Passengers traveling with pets took our reserved seats. The places for our baggages were occupied. When addressing this issue, we were told to move further ahead to empty seats. There was no meal included, and the one we purchased could not be paid by POS."

Ulemper: "A minus for the Crew because when we arrived in Hamburg, people started to open the baggage boxes although we were still rolling (like 5 min too early) and they didn't say anything, so more people were following. When we arrived, almost all the people who could, had the baggage already with them. This happened in the past but the Crew stopped the people on time."

Ulemper: "Charged £60 for hold luggage because the airline’s unstable website wouldn’t allow me to book in advance (£20 extra in the airport). Plane was delayed because they were late allowing passengers to board and missed the runway slot. Seats were uncomfortable - it was an older airframe."
Fordele: "The added touches make all the difference! We didn’t expect free food and was delighted to receive breakfast. The chairs were much more comfortable than any other plane I’ve been on due to the adjustable head rest, and as a regular flyer to Cyprus, this made a difference. The sweets served just before landing is an excellent idea and something that we do need due to our ears, so this was appreciated. staff were attentive and pleasant."

Ulemper: "Dusseldorf to Warsaw: Boarding terrible including assistance and messaging. - Boarding chaos - Late flight out of Dusseldorf (about an hour) - Just before landing, pilot announced all connections would be made - (and even mentioned chicago) - Connecting flight was gone when I arrived at gate, and I was quick in getting to gate from prior flight - next flight caused 5 hour layover in Warsaw Warsaw to Chicago Boarding terrible including assistance and messaging. - Boarding chaos - Late flight our ot Warsaw (about an hour) - no messaging at gate about reason for delay - kept increasing departure by 5 minute increments; started at 16:40 ended 17:05 (I beleive) - once boarding was complete, pilot said delay was due to wait for connections (boarding was an hour and 15 minutes late). Very frustrated"

It was incredibly stressful and frustrating especially when I checked in online before arriving at the airport. We had to rush and run through the airport and board at final call. In fact it would put me off flying with Blue Air again."

They even told us difinitively that we would board at a certain time only for us to actually board nearly 2 hours later. They, without a doubt, knew the rescheduled flight time but strung us on anyway - I believe this was so they could save money on hotels"

Ulemper: "Cabin crew announced they will be dimming light for landing but that was not the case at all. They kept on turning the lights to a different color which was uncomfortable for the eyes. Pilot did a really great job on letting us know if there is any turbulence and when to expect during the flight. Flight attendants had no social skills, they acted like robots only there to serve for people who ordered. They should really change the way they perform because they are catering to the whole customers on the flight as opposed to only those who ordered their meals."

Ulemper: "Never ever fly norwegian. Between long delays, rude and unprofessional crew, poor customer service, long wait times on the phone including being hung up or not answered at all and downgraded from premium to a plane without any space, small seats, rude crew that provide wrong information."
Ulemper: "Making and being offered a solution that wasn’t two days later. When our plan had to emergency land due to engine surge there was no one working at the Norwegian desk. You had to wait in line for an hour and a half for a person to give you a slip of paper to call. They should have just told everyone"

Ulemper: "Neither the website nor subsequent communication let me know I could buy dinner or snacks. Nor did I know that blankets and headsets were not provided. It was actually better than having carts blocking the aisles for so long. There was just insufficient information ahead of time"

Ulemper: "I changed seats with another passenger and I had preordered food. After telling this to 4 crew members, they still kept delivering my food to the wrong seat. I ordered vegetarian, so I got my food before everyone and then they kept forgetting to serve me drinks and coffee and so many other things."

I doubt the food had to be purchased as people all around me were eating and I think I was the only one on the plane not served. Your team was also incredibly unhelpful.The aircraft was the most uncomfortable I’d ridden in ages. The on board staff was unfriendly."

Ulemper: "Service was, surprisingly, not so good (this is my second time with Norwegian). My son was sleeping and I pressed the call button to get some help form cabin crew. They turned it off. I pressed it again, a girl came and I explained I need help - to get my trolley from the overhead bin so I can take a blanket for my son, cos it was cold and he was sleeping, I couldn’t move. She asked me “Is your bag heavy?”. What kind of help is that?She after all got the bag, but I was a cabin crew, and I would never tell that to a passenger needing help with a small child. Also, no one is checking if passenger with children are ok."
Ulemper: "Lack of clarity about baggage charges. I had to pay 93$ to check my single bag. It was not well explained that paying for the bag online was going to be cheaper. Felt like a scam."

Fordele: "No trolleys. Difficult if you have to carry a lot of luggage from an international flight to a car rental"
Fordele: "Very friendly staff. Very accommodating. Had a delay of 1 1/2 hours (it happens). Lounge was awesome. Long line to get in waiting area to board. Was very crowded in the room right before boarding."
Ulemper: "Somehow I got gluten free meals when only my wife should have. The crew helped us through this though as best as they could."
Ulemper: "The seats are wider than coach and you have more leg room but they aren't very comfortable. No back support and I felt like I was always sliding off my seat. My footrest didn't work properly, and my husband's didn't work at all on the flight to Norway. The food was limited and really bad. In fact, my husband got sick from the chicken he ate, and the steak I got was like a grey eraser. I took one bite and threw the rest away. They didn't have enough food to offer me something else (remember, this is premium economy), and the flight attendant was irritated and short with me. They don't have any pillows on the flight and the "blanket" they give you is basically a sheet folded in two sewn together, and doesn't keep you warm at all. I felt like I was on a discount airline, but I didn't get the discount! I will not fly with Norwegian again."

Ulemper: "Our flight was delayed by six hours. We did not leave until 5 AM from new work. It would’ve been nice if they had given us water, crackers or something in that time since all the shops were closed"
Ulemper: "Only 2 bathrooms were working during most of the flight which is not enough to accommodate everyone’s need"
Ulemper: "Narrow aisles. Disorganized queue when boarding. Flight delayed without giving any information about the delay"
Fordele: "We are still stuck on LAX, first our flight was canceled than rebooked for next day than we got delayed 5 hours. The worst experience ever!!!! We lost so many connecting flights that we are thinking about canceling our vacation."
Fordele: "Left relatively on time, personal entertainment is always nice on a long flight."
Ulemper: "Food/beverage service system is chaotic and confusing, especially if you book your flight weeks or months in advance. We spent 4.5 hours on the tarmac taxiing after arriving at our destination. It was TWO HOURS before the crew even came around offering water. The crew could have do much to make the long wait for a gate less miserable. Minimal intimation was provided, bathrooms remained locked for the majority of the flight and a man ranted the entire time without any crew asking him if there was anything they could do to make it easier. Baggage claim information was not provided ( days three after arrival and I still don't have my luggage)."
Fordele: "The whole crew was friendly and accommodating. One crew member in particular named Javi."
Ulemper: "No food or beverages served. Uncomfortable and squished seating."
Fordele: "Entertainment options were the only good thing about this flight."
Ulemper: "On Tuesday, November 1st, 2017, a girlfriend and I flew from Newark, NJ to Barcelona, Spain on an Economy flight. I have flown both internationally and economy before, but I have never been on a flight, especially a 7 hour international flight, where I wasn't even offered water! The crew didn't even make eye contact if you didn't purchase an upgraded flight. I didn't expect a meal flying overnight, but I've received pretzels and a soft drink on 45 minute flights! How is that we received meals and drinks, and the proper hospitality on the return flight, also without purchasing the upgrade? Maybe it was because the return flight was operated by Hi Fly. Norwegian needs a lesson from Hi Fly on how to treat their customers! I will never fly with Norwegian again, and will share my experience with anyone contemplating flying with this carrier. Shame on you, Norwegian!!!"
Fordele: "I felt this Airlines was very accommodating, efficient and easy to travel with. The flight crew that we had both coming and goin were very good. AND of course, it felt like getting to Europe was finally manageable in the time needed to get there. Now west coast travelers can almost go as easily as our east coast counterparts!! Please Norwegian... bring us more!"
Ulemper: "Being a true foodie, and having opted to fly Premium Class, perhaps it would have been better to get our food NOT served as a boxed meal."
Fordele: "Roomy seats up front. Built for tall people."
Ulemper: "My wife is 5'4" tall. She had a hard time getting comfortable because the seat "cut" into her calves. She ended up being able to modify by putting her carry on suitcase under her feet"
Fordele: "The movie selection on board was great."

Ulemper: "Checking in at CPH, was a complete zoo, with failing computer systems and little or no information."
Fordele: "The new airplane was very nice. The entertainment movie selections were amazing!"
Ulemper: "Our flight boarded late and took off late. Then, I had paid for two meals on my flight. When they came around and delivered food, they skipped me. I was the window seat so I politely waited for the people next to me to finish eating their meals before I asked them to get up. I went to the back of the plane and told the flight attendant. They apologized and said I was supposed to get one. They kindly allowed me to order snacks for free off of their menu. However, when the second meal came around, I was skipped again. I then had to alert the flight attendant again. I was surprised that they would forget my meal a second time."
Fordele: "I always feel the plane itself is newer than other companies. The batcheooms seem bigger which is nice."
Ulemper: "I can never figure out if I am getting food or not. My ticket said light & tasty meal and when I tried searching for this on the Norwegian site all I could find is that I could purchase a meal on board or in advance. So of course I brought my own snacks on board and was surprised when the staff said they had prepared a meal for me. This really needs to be more clear. I'm tired of wasting money or food. I also had seen all of the movies already so I wish there was a bigger selection."
Fordele: "Comfortable and really works to help alleviate jet lag. Amazing!"

Ulemper: "The flight was inattentive and the staff didn't look like they cared. Inattentive staff and the plane looked so worn down that it looked like it may break anytime."
Fordele: "The onboard entertainment had a wonderful variety, and the crew was helpful, and friendly. The plane was clean, and in nice shape."
Ulemper: "It was very cold, and we were not provided with blankets or warm beverages free of charge which makes for a very uncomfortable trip."

Fordele: "Steal money!!!! You guys didn’t allow to bring our carryons in to airplane and was a little short, she forced us to pay for them and send to the big luggage. But when we was boarding there so many people with a bigger baggage!!! I can’t accept that !!!"
Ulemper: "on easy jet, if you do it check in online 34 hours before the flight you get bumped to standby. This is not made clear in any emails or confirmations. Despite purchasing a ticket in advance I almost missed my flight because I checked in at the airport."
Fordele: "The cabin crew was very good. The check in process was tough but the representative was nice."
Ulemper: "The boarding representative wasn’t very welcoming and the baggage hold volunteering wasn’t explained fully to passengers, otherwise they’ll volunteer."

Ulemper: "Honestly - a bunch of drunk Scandinavians all around me. Very noisy and smelling so much from the alcohol, I almost got sick. Luckily, a very short flight. The guy behind me was very rude to the crew. Crew member handled him well. Was worried about him throwing up on me. Rest of flight was good."
Ulemper: "The gate agent was extremely rude. She had very bad attitude towards customers. They forced me to pay for my carry-on luggage because they claimed that it did not fit in carry-on size of the company. I purchased an international carry-on size matter fact. The gate agent was also threatening to remove us from boarding the process. I've traveling so many places with many carriers but easyJet by far is the worst in term of customer service particularly from Copenhagen airport. I was departing from Paris and the staffs were very helpful and friendly."

The onboard staff was attentive, keen to help and please, cheery face, especially the short, dark Middle Eastern looking fella. He knows how to work it! Some flight attendants can be mean, he was very nice. I did not interact with him, but watched how he handled things, like helping people place their baggage in a different overhead compartment, personally moving the baggage so that it would fit. Cheery demeanor, informed the passengers of whatever needed to be said. The pilot was also attentive."
Ulemper: "No frills, not terribly comfortable--luckily it was a very short flight. Little baggage space, automatic drop off clerk was a bit surely."

Ulemper: "Went straight from boarding to gate closed, and when stated gate was closed there was still a queue s mile long. Flight was delayed, but this was presumably due to French air traffic control strike."
Fordele: "We had to pay 60$ for our carry on and it probably costed more than our entire ticket. I am so upset and infuriated at the fact that we weren’t warned in advance. The last easy jet flight we took a week ago we didn’t have to pay for our carry on."

Ulemper: "Boarding was a hassle for not only for us " family of 4" but also for a lot of customers. So basically one of the boarding workers went through the line and ask how many luggage do we have. My dad said she already checked once while we were waiting by the gate. Anyway we made the line and basically the 2 nd time that she checked our loggage and I said we r 4 ppl and each one carry on and she said that besides carry on we had 2 back pack which we fit laptops . She checked and left and when we start boarding the said oh wait here you have 2 back pack so we need to pay for each carry on €60. She not only pulled us out of the line but also asked too many customers to go out of the line and fit even their small purse inside carry on. I was so mad cuz she already asked 2 times Before boarding and she didn't say anything. And during boarding she made us to leave the line and got the back packes inside the carry on . We travelled 3 countries in Europe w one back pack and one carry on. This was my first time ever experiencing this . I would never ever take any flight w easy jet again."

You can buy overpriced food and beverage onboard. My purchase from the duty free was stolen and they didn't help me handle the problem. Awful experience."

Ulemper: "Cannot understand management of border control security before boarding. This is done in the corridor on route to gate. Long long queues, then continued to queue before boarding in the waiting/holding room. No toilets once you enter the corridor to go to gate. Unsatisfactory management. Water from air conditioner dripping on me on board from take off. Not an immediate suggestion to move, but agreement to do so on my suggestion and then gentle insistence. Thankfully there was a seat for me! It seemed to be a problem staff were aware of which is concerning that Wizz did not block that seat."

I guess I should have realised that by how early people started queueing and the fact that they charge for checked in luggage."

Fordele: "Wizz air has great deals and you will get to your destination which is a effective way to travel. Unfortunately the seats are not always comfortable and everything else costs extras for food, seat choice, bags, water, drinks, or anything else you’d desire during flight."
Ulemper: "The seats don’t lean back and do not have a lot of cushion."
Ulemper: "Checkpoint at katowice the wirst ever seen, personnel with very bad atittude wanting personal cosmetics to fit on stupid plastic bag, the rest wanted to scrap or document my bag to pay extra even I already pay for bring it inside cabin, same before boarding I have my computer backpack and already pay 10 eur for large cabin bag and before boarding they wanted for me to checkin baggage because rule is only backpack even I did explain I already paid large cabin, at end I paid 63 Eur total for my luggage I found completly dissapointed and abusing from many passengersbin the same sittuation, also fly have us inside the plane for more than 30minutes without leaving,"

Fordele: "Facilities are terrible! It was like stepping back in time! To use this as a stopover, is a poor decision because this airport does NOT meet the brief and does NOT warrant being used for passengers. I’ve been very polite here, I have more choice words I could use"
Ulemper: "Nothing! To learn that Wizz Air ‘allowed’ cabin size is so tiny was really shocking! With All the other budget airlines, easyJet, Monarch & even Ryanair my cabin would’ve been fine. This is the same hand luggage I’ve been using using for many years."

Fordele: "Cost was ok but you get into the trap where every turn is a cost option. The cost can climb to the point where other scheduled flights compete."
Ulemper: "The web site is laborious. Checking in was 48hrs prior and frankly you should be able to choose what remaining seats are available as a no cost option. You can choose prior to the 48hrs at cost (i was never given option on a 3rd party site when i booked!) Checking in should be longer than 3 hrs! Because if you book a exec lounge which is air side you lose 1.5 hrs as a minimum in the process of checking in luggage and security checks. Lose .5 hr+ to go to gate and you get 1hr only when you pay for 3 hrs! Where is the sense in that? Its miss-selling at its worst as everyone is complicit. Flight left 20min late for no apparent reason Seats are a bit stone age and hard although only a short flight my ar*e went to sleep before I could"
