Ulemper: Price of snacks is a rip-off. Seating is cramped.

Ulemper: Leaving from Reus Airport even though we had paid extra for priority boarding as we went through the boarding gate then asked to stop outside the Airport building waiting to be directed to the plane, All passengers where directed through the gate and where mixed with the priority paying passengers.

Fordele: Although we were over a how late leaving the cabin crew were professional and polite. An absolute credit to the company.

Ulemper: Make all seats non-recline and more sturdy, I don't want to be able to feel the person behind leaning on it or their knees pushing through into my back.

Fordele: The worst crew I’ve ever experienced on a flight, and I’m a frequent flyer, both domestically and internationally.

Ulemper: To have not flown with Norwegian

Fordele: Food and entertainment were ok but crew was rude and lazy and we had multiple delays. I was told to get in line for boarding and then stood there another hour. It was very poorly disorganized and did not come into contact with one nice crew member

Ulemper: 6h delayed

Ulemper: Was an hour late.

Ulemper: We were traveling with 1.5 year old child and we had to leave our stroller at the entrance to the gate and got it back with the rest of the luggage, needless to say we had to carry our child all the way to the plane and then to the baggage claim. Why can't it be taken and given back at the entrance.

Fordele: crew was polict

Ulemper: 4 hour delay. First class boarded first - good. Then it is a free-for-all for everyone to load all at once. Norwegian needs to implement "Boarding groups" for loading the aircraft to have a smoother process.

Ulemper: 2.5 hours late, ground crew horrible.

Ulemper: The flight was delayed and it seems like it happens regularly. Our flight to Palma de Mallorca was also delayed.

Fordele: Flight was quick and smooth and ontime. Friendly staff. Awesome that you get free wifi.

Ulemper: Forsinket 1 time - manglende besætning!

Ulemper: Fight delayed more than an hour, much of that time we sat on a bus. Plane arrived late at the starting airport.

Ulemper: 30 min delay !

Fordele: The flight attendants were wonderful and the movies and space for the kids was great!

Fordele: Very smooth flight. Everything was perfect.

Ulemper: So tight and tiny and cramped. I flew to Europe on a Lufthansa plane and it was spacious and comfortable, the United plane was tight and cramped. Was physically touching the stranger next to me for 11 hours....Food service used sooo much single use plastic.

Fordele: My husband was on a business trip and his company booked him in business class. Economy was overbooked they cave me a free upgrade so I could sit with him!

Ulemper: Cost of extra bag. Also size limit for overhead carryon

Ulemper: Nothing Everything was excellent

Fordele: Flight crew was on top of things. Flight was smooth and ontime.

Ulemper: A bit cramped in the economy class. Could have been more room for the money we had to spend on tickets

Fordele: New seats and new walls, didnt shake like last flight. No loose parts.

Ulemper: It was deleyed and made me miss my connection bus which was the second to last one. So if id miss it id have to pay 150 euro instead of 12 euro to get to my destination.

Fordele: Very helpful as I required assistance

Fordele: Nothing. I never took a flight so bad in my life.

Ulemper: They could have another line to the people that couldn’t make check-in online, but they prefere to charge you a amount of $55,00 euros. Me and my husband tried to do the check-in online but the system was out off service and than when we tried again, 2 hour before departure, it was no possible

Ulemper: The flight was delayed, then we loaded onto an airport bus where we stood, sweating, for about 10 minutes before the bus left. Once we got on board it took forever for people to be seated, and some people were having their seats switched and others couldn’t find anywhere to put their luggage.

Ulemper: Make sure you have a ticket with a selected seat or else they will not let you board, they overbook flights very often!

Ulemper: The plane was late. The bus to the terminal was insufficient. The luggage was horribly late.

Ulemper: Carry on policy is ridiculous

Ulemper: Paid the ticket and check in luggage at Opodo but was informed at the counter that luggage has not been paid for. Denied checking in luggage despite having a printout saying it has been paid for. “The luggage is not in our system” was the only response.

Ulemper: Old outdated planes. Very little in flight entertainment- tiny selection of movies and tv shows. No ability to charge mobile devices.

Fordele: Onboard crew were nice and polite. Flight was on time (a rarity).

Ulemper: The boarding crew was rude and unpleasant, the plane was boiling hot.

Fordele: Crew was great, very responsive and hospitable!

Ulemper: more lunch choices, especially choices without dairy products.

Fordele: Great crew.

Ulemper: Ran out of business class meal. Substituted a Econ class.

Ulemper: Not being 7 hrs delayed

Fordele: Fast process when we landed and staff were really good - patient and friendly (on the flight)

Ulemper: Priority queue was the longest! Had to help mother with baby and pram down stairs to bus for flight. Feel they should have been given help and real priority

Ulemper: Amount of carry on bags were unclear and we got charged 50£ for having a second bag. This was very confusing and frustrating as we boarded. We were told it was for space but there was plenty of room for luggage.

Ulemper: Kiwi booked only 15kg bags instead of the paid 20kg bag on my booking confirmation. We had to pay an extra 90 Euro. It ruined our morning.

Ulemper: I missed the flight and was not allowed to board even though there was time

Fordele: Poor service, staring from punctuality. 3 and a half delay without any explanation until all passengers pressured the staff and we were told that it was due to aircraft malfunction. The staff were very unfriendly when asked about information regarding the cause of the delay.

Ulemper: Change management and train staff. The Barcelona airport was in very poor state, without air conditioning and restrooms in very poor state.

Ulemper: I did not check in online and was charged a huge fee, 55 euro to be exact. It would have been a nice reminder from the airline to have emailed with reminder to do so and what kind of fee I would be expecting to pay if I did not check in. Very ridiculous and rude customer service.

Ulemper: THe seats are cramped and we spent the entire two hour flight listening to the flight crew trying to sell: alcohol, cigarettes, scratch off tickets, and duty free items. I’m not taking a plane to go shopping, and the fact that we were asked to buy 4 different types of items in 2 hours was excessive.

Ulemper: Entertainment limited, esp. when you consider passengers may have two or more legs on Brussels Airlines flights Boarding chaotic Some of the crew were rude/ dismissive of African or African-presenting passengers No blankets were passed out, despite the cold temperature on the plane. My bag was lost

Ulemper: There was no way for us to reserve seats with extra leg room 48 hours before the flight. Had to sit in agony for a 9 hour flight because of height
