Ulemper: No room between seat rows. Flight was very very hot.
Fordele: Excellent crew service. Smaller aircraft so not as comfortable but OK for a short flight.
Ulemper: Unfortunately, due to queue for anti-icing we were delayed.
Ulemper: I missed this flight, because my previous flight was delayed
Fordele: Crew very professional and provided a friendly and helpful service. Aircraft was clean and tidy. Food was to an OK standard.
Ulemper: Frankfurt is a terrible airport to fly through, based on my last two experiences. This time the security was better but still very slow compared to other airports I use routinely. I could have easily missed the connection if I had not left the business lounge early to go to the boarding gate. I try to avoid this airport.

Ulemper: Pegasus Airlines service is so poor. We've waited for hours to check in. Your website did not clearly declare that the ticket did not have a luggage allowance. I have paid in total 70 Euros to check in my luggage. Innaddition to that Pegasus Airlines lost my luggage. Overall a terrible journey
Fordele: The flight was on time and pilots provided on time updates.
Ulemper: Check-in took 45 minutes. Some passengers cut into the front of the line and airline employees did not do anything about it.
Fordele: Checked luggage included, seat reservations are fairly priced, in flight meals and snacks are reasonable. Crew is professional.
Ulemper: It was hot in the plane, probably cranked up the cabin heat to 25°C :)

Fordele: The airplanes were nice and the crew was wonderful!
Ulemper: I don’t like it when you pick your seat assignment and you get to the gate and all the sudden they change the seat number. Not Kayak’s fault but Turkish airlines could have done better

Ulemper: Really poor food, service was dull af best and plane is quite antiquated. They need to overhaul and modernize every aspect of their operation to properly represent Jordanian hospitality and Middle East standards for aviation.

Fordele: Smooth and faster than expected trip. I felt free to get up and walk around on this long flight. Food was good. I sat in seat with extra leg room for the first time and it was worth it

Ulemper: Flight was delayed and the airline lost my bag
Ulemper: Plane was placed far away in the airfield. Buses were taking people and were waiting to be filled. Doors of busses were open, it was cold outside. Priority and non-priority were waiting in the buses outside. Long ride through the field , letting taking off plane to go first. Bus by bus was bringing new portions of passengers. Plane departed late.

Ulemper: This is the second time I've been doing follow-up flights It's a nightmare you're not professional at all. It's my last flight with you You need to be ashamed you're not just wearing a card to sell I'm going to sue you You give a short follow-up flight. It is impossible to get the flight. You do not update the distance from gate D to gate F I got stuck in the field until the next day without the suitcase and all the people I had arranged with them in Shanghei I could not meet You should be ashamed

Fordele: 1. The flight attendant staff was very polite and cheerful. 2. The plane was clean and comfortable.
Ulemper: 1.The entertainment monitor did not function well enough to be able to watch. 2.The headset only function on one ear. 3. You could not hear announcements over the PA system

Ulemper: Small plane, no movies
Fordele: The crew was very gentile.
Ulemper: No enterteinment on the plane.
Ulemper: make passengers from Nigeria to feel respected and important. Imagine no entertainment in the aircraft in addition to a very poor food.
Ulemper: To be honest, at least a glass of water could be offered
Ulemper: Unruly passenger caused delays
Fordele: The comfort of the premium seats
Ulemper: Unable to order still water through their tablet system, it says water was unavailable , so we kept having to go up and ask staff. I mentioned it to the staff and he said I had to order it through the tablet but then I mentioned it was broken. Still he didn't have the sense to followup to see how he could rectify it. They gave us a cup at a time and didn't ask if we wanted larger portions.
Fordele: Dreamliner is a comfy plane, good seats w/ decent legroom.
Ulemper: Food options. Not good choices, overpriced, and they ran out of many options on both flights. Poatao chips stale, terrible corn curls. The only main dish vegan oprion was cup o noodles type soup whivh was bland. I didn,'t know about ordering meals ahead, where I would have had more options. 11 hours is a long time to have such poor options.BRING YOUR OWN FOOD! Water should be offered free of charge- hydration on a long flight is important.

Ulemper: That i didn't receive my bucket list dream of an upgraded flight but that literally was thing that could have improved a really great flight...
Ulemper: I could not check in to book my preferred seating because my flight connections was a mixed carrier flight. Website did not tell me what was the issue so I kept trying. Also would have preferred it if I could have checked in online for my emirates routes but that option was not available.
Fordele: Leg Room. Timing
Fordele: Overall flight was good.
Ulemper: Flight attendants were helpful but didn’t smile much as I see with other airlines.
Ulemper: Food could be tastier. But, you can’t starve
Ulemper: Chaotic boarding. Rude crew. Cramped seating in n outdated plane. Repearing things in Arabic to someone who doesn’t understand doesn’t male it easier to understand.

Ulemper: That I could check in online instead of the airport, to get to pick the seat I want, I was placed in an isle seat 2 rows before the end of the plane, right behind me the we only 2 seats row, and almost every single one that went to use the restroom had to bump into my chair in their way back

Fordele: most of the flight attendants were excellent except one particular one who was basically yelling at passengers. she had a a logo or a badage on her that identifies her as a manager or a crew lead. she had poor manners and need major improvement
Ulemper: the seats are small and very small space in comparison to Lufthansa

Ulemper: First plane from Barcelona to Zurich was turned around mid flight for medical emergency. Missed connection flight and had to wait 24 hours for next flight to LA.
Ulemper: Now we waiting for two hours for our luggage On the door of the luggage doesn’t open and waiting
Fordele: The price was great, the flight was comfortable, crew was very friendly.
Ulemper: The airport check-in was probably the most chaotic I've ever experienced anywhere, but the people - travelers and staff - were all very nice.
Ulemper: Never got to this flight. Previous legs were delayed so we arrived late and were denied boarding. No compensation and no alternative offered. Had to buy train tickets. Completely disappointed

Ulemper: It's harassing a student International passenger at the boarding gate just for a small size bag . They did not allow to take the bag or pay cash or even debit card. she is student and does not have credit card,had to throw the bag and take goods in poly bag . It's ridiculous frustrating & adamant

Ulemper: Flight London to Madrid over 2 hours late !!!! Could not print boarding pass at home Had to queue for an excessively long time at boarding Boarding by bus (???!!!) Was refused a glass of water 40 minutes before landing under the pretext that landing is "imminent"
Fordele: Good crew and very smooth flight. Other than the inefficient boarding process which is more the airports fault, my experience with Norwegian was excellent.
Fordele: Seat selection available a long time in advance, friendly crew on board.
Ulemper: No wifi on either flight, despite being a new aircraft. Self-check-in at Gatwick was absolute chaos - the layout (and quantity of check-in machines) at Helsinki was much better.
Fordele: For Copenhagen to JFK flight only: Excellent crew, satisfactory food service, very good drink service, great plane, comfortable seat in Premium comparable to old business class seats before lie flat became standard.
Ulemper: Extremely understaffed check-in desk in Lisbon with extremely long lines took over thirty minutes of waiting to reach the desk. No separate check-in lines for Premium, since they have no Premium service from there to Copenhagen. No Premium seating or services available from Lisbon to Copenhagen. No staff or facility at Copenhagen airport to print boarding pass for transfer passengers until gate agents finally arrived.

Ulemper: They never let me board, and did not tell me why. Not money back. Terrible customer service
Fordele: No real complaints here. Went on 4 flights in total and all were relatively decent. The planes are old, but 3 of 4 of my planes had upgraded seats with tv screens built in, where you can plug your phone to charge. The seats are of regular comfort, nothing outstanding, but not too bad (I’ve definitely had worse). Cannot regulate AC, which is somewhat annoying, but once again, not a big deal. Did not take food options so can’t comment on that. Flight staff is more or less polite, always smiling, and will make sure you have what you need. Would probably book again with UIA if it were an option.
Ulemper: No AC regulation, planes are old, and very cramped waiting spaces for bathrooms.
Ulemper: The flight was cancelled without firther notifications. I called UIF office 7 times and finally one of the reps was able to give me full information and reschedule my flight with other airlanes. In the airport I saw a bunch of people who came for their flight... which was cancelled. I received email about cancellation after I spoke with UIF reps. Never will reccomend or use this airline again

Ulemper: They checked every piece of hand luggage and declined ppl even when there luggage was small enough just because they had no room on the plane, and charged then $80. No leg room, One flight no outlet

Fordele: Boarding was smooth with slight delay getting on the bus to the plane on the tarmac. No other issues at all. Crew was respectful and nice.

Ulemper: We were an hour late arriving. One of my suitcases was left in France

Ulemper: All changeable seats available came at a cost whilst the flight was only ~75% full?
Ulemper: On my flight, passengers were rude to the extent that a fist fight broke out and cursing amongst everyone occurred.
Fordele: Everything was smooth from boarding to landing.
Ulemper: 1 hour + Late departure both from Copenhagen and from the connection in Instanbul
Ulemper: The flight times and layovers, especially the 10 hours in Istanbul airport. Buying your food on the plane was way over priced for what you get, and the quality. There was not enough change in the variety posted currency of the menu.
Fordele: There’s a decent amount of room for a budget carrier. No nickel and dime charges like some similar carriers.
Ulemper: Seats don’t lean back and felt tight width wise. Lots of busses involved.
Fordele: Seats were comfortable, crew was attentive and smooth takeoff and landing

Ulemper: 90 min check in is hardly acceptable and indeed nerve recking
