Biludlejning i Miami Beach

Ulemper: Hertz overbooked its reservations. On the morning of pickup, the staff told us there were no cars available for the 6 people waiting with confirmed reservations. Took them about 2 hours to scramble to find other cars for us. It wasn't the fault of the staff at the location, but of Hertz Corporate overbooking their vehicles.

Fordele: The staff offre the agence for the pick up at hertz sully qiles beach was totaly incompétent and dihonest.

Ulemper: I booked a convertible car ,it was confirmed by hertz ,i did 30 miles to go to pick-up the car booked and when i arrived the Guy from the agency said me :sorry we don t have the car , perhaps a problem in the hertz software. He gave me an anoy

Ulemper: My debit card was alittle damaged from the back that it wouldn’t swipe they didn’t NOT want to Type in my information and basically we’re no help. I had to walk up and down south beach with my bags looking for another car rental place.

Fordele: Nothing

Ulemper: Well at least you had to give me the possibility to rent the car.

Ulemper: Obnoxious company Lied about hours of location Impossible to get in contact with Overcharge at desk for upgrade

Ulemper: I was told at the Orlando airport counter that I could drop off the car at 530 Collins Ave as long as it was by the time I recorded my pick up which was 9:40. I asked him what time they closed and he said I was ok as long as I dropped it by that time. I got to the location, couldn’t even find where to park and notice it looked like it was closed. I was in the car so I asked someone on the sidewalk if they could tell what the sign said on the door. The hours where until 6:00 ad of course I was there to return it at 6:30. Way before I even had to! I tried calling, couldn’t get anyone. Waited several minutes on an alley smack in the middle of South Beach. My sister checked google for other locations while I was on my phone waiting to speak to someone. Found out I could go to 247 - 20 St at the beach and they were open until 8:30. Got there, difficult to identify, finally speaking to someone on a screen. Left car and key and she asked me if I wanted a printed copy of receipt or email. I said to email, she verdes the correct one and said the confirmation was on its way. This was two days ago and so far nothing received! Very dissatisfied with Hertz!!!
