Fordele: Simple morning flight. Not at all full. Left on time, arrived early. Plane was new. Crew was happy. What more does one need? They were beta testing a new WiFi service. Free, but not yet ready for prime time.

Fordele: The wheel chair service at Munich airport was excellent. She received us at the door, helped us find a connection after we lost our flight and communicating every step and giving us First Class service on coach. Thank you!
Ulemper: The brownies for dessert were terrible. Maybe fruit next time?
Fordele: Nice touches like pillow and blanket, lots of movies and hot meals.
Ulemper: My seat was very uncomfortable for such a long flight! It didn't recline and was cramped. Also I have terrible nut allergy and when I tried to communicate that to the flight staff the kept telling me to tell someone else.
Ulemper: More organize during boarding, better food (it was either too hot or not hot enough, quality wasn’t good, snacks horrible) compare to other airlines, not sure if we’ll use Lufthansa again for overseas trips
Ulemper: No proper wheel chair assistant and made passenger miss the flight. Airlines have to take extra steps to make wheel chair passengers to reach the gate safely and on time.
Ulemper: Instead of saying what could have been better, I want to praise the excellent wheel chair service at Munich airport. She went above and beyond, helped us find an alternatively connection after we missed ours and while reassuring us about the solutions. She was First Class service. Thank you.
Ulemper: There was only one agent checking in business class passengers until a bunch of us complained. The Swiss business lounge is too small with not enough seats

Ulemper: The seats are like torture devices. So small and uncomfortable. After 14 hours of travel, my knees were sore from jamming into the seat in front of me, and I'm only average height. When the person in front of you puts their seat back, their headrest is practically under your chin. A disgrace.

My wife phoned CA to book a gluten free meal the day before. The process was so complex she gave up. 9 hours no food. I was reminded again why I hate this airline

Ulemper: ok when in Malaga I asked for wheelchair at Gatwick as I had pulled a muscle in my back and it was hard to walk got to Gatwick No wheelchair had to walk not very good
Ulemper: London Concorde first Lounge is old, food and service terrible, toilets dirty. And that is the best they got. Will try to avoid BA and only use if no other option. LH and AF much better in Europe

Ulemper: Air traffic controllers at Gatwick were pathetic. Had to wait an hour on the runway in Innsbruck because staff was too low.
Fordele: The crew was so incredible, the safety video was funny, the food was DELICIOUS, the accommodations were above and beyond. Comfortable, great movies, relaxing. First international flight and now I’ll always use British Air

Ulemper: I ordered Kosher food but they didn't have me on the kosher food list - I ended up not eating!
Fordele: From start to finish, Sevdije was in great hands. She had to be in a wheelchair, and there were three connecting flights in countries where she doesn't speak the language. It could have been so complicated, and everyone made it SO EASY. She was all smiles when she arrived in Boston. THANK YOU!!!!!!

Ulemper: Missed the flight from Houston to Fankfurt and the airline canceled the whole round trip. I did not know I had to call the airline to let them know not the cancel my trip. I would've appreciated a notice of that.

Ulemper: The gate change was not announced on my phone app (changed from E7 to D49). I hate leaving out of Terminal E at MIA. There is no point to having TSA Pre-Check if you have to stand in line with people who don't have it. I have to remove my liquids and laptop. It's such a shabby, run-down terminal.
Ulemper: The wifi signup process not seemless with Android.
Ulemper: Because of 12 hr between original flight and this flight, we drive

Ulemper: Delayed by an hour due to inbound delay, causing a knock-on delay with plane maintenance. While fairly comfortably seated and offered water, this still was somewhat unpleasant especially after a long-haul from Havana

Fordele: This particular flight was parked at the closest bay to immigration at Heathrow. So a late boarding and arrival was made early through not having a mile long walk to passport control.
Ulemper: Disorganized boarding with the plane load of people huddled around the entrance to the boarding area. No guidance from the crew on how to efficiently pack the overhead bins efficiently with passengers helpless to put their treasures into the overhead bins.
Fordele: flight was awesome
Ulemper: the only thing i dislike about etihad airlines is they didn’t provide me accommodation for 19 hours long stay over ..! even i met one of the lay incharge of etihad she told me that it’s your problem you have to look out for ...she didn’t help me at all
Ulemper: Missed my connecting flight from Toronto to Houston. No reason given for late arrival. Yes, they gave me another flight...six hours later! Will be asking for compensation. At least for spending money on airport food. After arriving in Houston, i had already planned on renting a vehicle to my final destination. Because of first delay, i had to drive in the middle of the night and finally arrive at finat destination at 4 am on Oct 5. Im going to bed now.
Fordele: Brussels airlines business class seats were the most comfortable I have sat in.
Ulemper: The United airlines business class seats were too crowded with no privacy. You have to climb over your neighbor to to use the rest room.
Ulemper: There was someone that pooped themselves, another that threw up, and the flight attendants were so rude. They kept spraying stuff in the air and even those of us sitting, so much in fact I had an asthma attack and had to use my inhaler. When I told the attendant, she said "theres nothing I can do," and kept spraying the air with this awful spray. The flight harmful to my health, exhausting, and uncomfortable. BEWARE OF THIS AIRLINE! I would have preferred not gone on my trip then fly this airline!

Fordele: Flight attendants were great! We had rough weather for the entire flight, and they handled everything great

Fordele: The food choices were broad enough for anyone. They came by with water periodically. The movies offered had a good range. The pillow was a surprisingly good size.
Ulemper: Tight seating. Cold. Arm rests hurt my arms. Foot rest would have been a blessing. Blanket was too thin.
Fordele: Nothing. Delta cancelled the flight with no explanation, and ruined our last day in Omaha.
Ulemper: An explanation as to why the flight was cancelled, as well as help with finding alternative accommodation. We had to fly back very early via Atlanta, and spent the day in transit, which forced us to cancel a reservation in Omaha and erased our ability to enjoy the final day of activities there.
Ulemper: Seats did not match seat map
Fordele: The flight attendants were very attentive.
Ulemper: My screen, the screen next to me, and the two screens behind me were not working so I was left without entertainment for 9 hours.

Fordele: Turkish Airlines is my favorite airline going to Europe. We even did the 20 hr layover in Istanbul and had a great time staying for a couple of nights going and coming back. Staff is always friendly and the food is amazing. The food in coach is as good as first class on some US domestic flights
Ulemper: It's an airplane, there's not much to make it better besides giving more seat room. TA gives free drinks, a couple of meals, blankets, and the travel bag, only a snobby priss would gripe about flying with them. I've flown enough budget airlines that give you NOTHING that I love flying TA!
Ulemper: I was not allowed to board the flight and made to wait for 4 hours at the Paris airport. This is extremely disheartening and frustrating to say the least. I would want to rescedhule my upcoming flight to avoid such inconvenience.
Fordele: Helsinki is a convenient connection to fly to the U.S. One of Finnair planes was damaged earlier in Chicago and they used AirItaly to operate this flight. I was traveling with a recent wrist fracture and I was lucky I had an empty seat next to me that allowed me to move my arm a lot to avoid swelling.
Ulemper: Our boarding was an hour and a half delayed

Fordele: The flight was not crowded and that was a nice surprise for a transatlantic flight. Each passenger was offered a personal bottle of water upon boarding, cabin crew was very nice and professional. The flight was on time and we arrived at the airport of destination even ahead of time!

Ulemper: Endless waiting and lost luggage. Excuse was unpredicted weather conditions. It was snowing in Finland so they had to clear the Ice from the planes.. Snowing in Finland? How uncommon is that during December? I actually think most of this is poor ground handling In Helsinki.

Ulemper: Didn’t wake me for breakfast, my headphone jack didn’t work so I had no entertainment, flight was delayed 2 hours sitting on the tarmac without explanation
Ulemper: The ticket I purposed did not allow for carry on / which was not clear on my confirmation when purchasing the ticket
Ulemper: My flight was an early morning flight 8 am. I needed to get up at 5 am to get ready for this flight. AC notified me 5:05 am that my flight delayed 3 hrs to 11am. I wish they told us the night before so no need to get up that early.
Ulemper: improve the accompaniment of the drink
Fordele: Quick boarding as we arrived towards the end and off quickly because we were seated at the back of pane. Crew were very friendly and flight was very swift.

Ulemper: Our flight was delayed an hour out of Denver and then 4 hours delay out of London to Lisbon. And, after that long delay they didn't even offer free water.
