I love the customer service I received but the price was way too high compared to two years ago before the pandemic. I understand because if it was my business I probably would do the same to maximize profits but as a customer I feel different. I rented the car on short notice because our flight was cancelled and they provided us with a nice vehicle to drive one way to another city (4 hours away). The staff were really friendly and the car was clean. Drop off was simple and the staff in The delivery location were also friendly, and welcoming.
