Consistent with other thank cars the insides of the windows are very dirty. Windshield is especially dirty and streaked making it hard to see clearly at night. I shouldn't have to clean the windows. The white interior was stained - looks like tanning products making yellow / orange blotches. The cup holders were dirty and it looked like ashes in the bottom. Service at pick up was excellent, drop off was unmanned and not known in advance.Anmeldt d. 1. maj 2023

They did not have the type car I rented. Only had 2 cars available. The one we got was 3 or 4 levels below what we reserved and paid for. The car was dirty, banged up and the service light was on saying it was 2000+ miles past service time! The USB port was broken so we could not use our gps on the phone without using up our battery with no way to re-charge. I flew into West Palm but was directed to an Avis location in downtown which I had to reach by taxi- very inconvenient. I had a reservation for a full sized car - none were available so I was provided a smaller car with no discount. The reservation was set up for Noon to Noon. I asked to adjust it to 11:00 AM to 11:00 AM because I arrived early. They refused and charged me $40 for the extra hour. So I paid more and got less. Really disappointing.Anmeldt d. 23. mar. 2022

Kayak/Priceline had us picking up our car not at the airport like we thought but rather off location. To make matters worse, that location closed at 12 noon. This was the time of the scheduled pick up as per our contract. Needless to say, we were stranded on a Sunday with no car. Amazingly, the kind gentleman at the airport Avis cut us a deal and got us a car. We got lucky.Anmeldt d. 28. dec. 2021

IT SUCKED!!!! My reservation was at a different location that where I scheduled. On my way to other location, I received a phone call from Avis at 12:16 p. m., that they did not have any cars available. The woman apologized but that didn’t help me. I really had a hard time finding a car to rent and then it cost me $200 more than the reservation I had with that Avis.Anmeldt d. 16. nov. 2021

I thought I was renting from the West Palm airport. Turned out is was a local Avis location about 1.5 miles from the airport. Had to Uber to the site. The person at the off-airport location was very helpful and changed the drop-off location to the airport so we could get to our early flight home. Drop-off was easy and the shuttle was ready to take us to the airport at 5:10am. Car was a Hyundi Kona which I was impressed with. Great mileage; 37.5 mpg over a week and excellent drivability.Anmeldt d. 1. nov. 2021
