Some time after exiting the rental facility the check engine light for oil service needed came on which was frustrating given the amount of mileage we anticipated driving. The comfort of a Toyota 4Runner is average at best. The seats are very rigid and overall comfort significantly decreases the perceived value of renting it.Anmeldt d. 18. aug. 2022

Agent kept trying to upsell which was irritating. Studded tires in a winter location should be mandatory and not cost extra. Gave me a car with no windshield wiper fluid! So unsafe with the weather/road conditions. Had to buy some and put it in. When I returned the car, the agent seemed to not care at all. No apology or anything.Anmeldt d. 29. dec. 2021

The location left me on hold for over 1.5 hours and I finally gave up. The car was very dirty inside. The windshield wipers were so worn out it was easier to see through the windshield without using them. Cost of rental was super high but we were in Alaska and there was a shortage of vehicles so we were glad to at least get a rental. Our vehicle was new and clean and awesome. And pickup/drop off was very convenient. So great experience overallAnmeldt d. 23. aug. 2021

I had called about check in time for rental car because my print out said 12n for pickup which was an error, since plane got in at 7p. I was told by the representative that wasn’t a problem, that the reservation would be held till 12m. When I got to the counter, I was told that the reservation was cancelled after 4hrs past time (12n), the exact thing I had called about. I did get a car, but at a higher rate. They could have actually had the car for me to rent. They did not have the car I reserved to rent. Then had the nerve to offer me a bigger car for $500 a day. Will never use them again.Anmeldt d. 28. jul. 2021

Fordele:Staff was fine, Pickup and drop-off were easy.Ulemper:It was incredibly expensive at $300/day. We had no choice of vehicles and they gave us a large Toyota minivan when we would have preferred a small SUV. We dropped it off 5 hrs earler than we had planned to avoid another full days charge, which caused us to skip doing some of the things we wanted to do.
