I had to wait 2 hours for my rental car because they had none. Even though a reservation means you reserve the car and it’s there at the slotted time. I felt bad for the people running the counter because they were being yelled at by many others. But I quickly lost sympathy when they finally had a car, rushed Nd manipulated me with the insurance and gave me a Canadian car that had a KM dash. Never again.Anmeldt d. 24. sep. 2023

The vehicle had an expired inspection sticker, a maintenance needed message popped up early in the week, one front tire had a terrible shimmy, and one seat was ripped. I can live with that, but they hit us with a no-show fee the day after we picked up the vehicle and they are resistant to reversing the fee on a vehicle that we picked up.Anmeldt d. 4. aug. 2023

I was charged for gas despite filling it 2 miles from airport, getting the fuel shutoff twice which indicated to me it was full and gauge showing full. Not okay and I cancelled our reservation for a week later and used National. Actions have consequences, I emailed the company and had no reply so bye bye Budget, I respond by taking my business elsewhere.Anmeldt d. 25. maj 2023

When my flight was changed to two hours later, Budget wouldnt talk to me, said I needed to talk to Hotwire who I got my deal from. When I called them they said nothing they could do? They said budget would give away my car? I took a chance and got there late, but my car was there. SHEW! The pick-up was great. The vehicle itself was very clean, fairly comfortable and all-in-all did the job! The drop off was the issue, as there was no Budget person to great or help us. We did not know that we simply had to park in any one of the Budget spaces and then go up to the Rental counter to drop off the key. Other wise, very good.Anmeldt d. 12. jul. 2021
