They didn’t have the car that we had reserved, so we had to take whatever car they had. I turned the car in the next day and went to Hertz’s because we needed an all wheel drive to get over the mountain roads. Very disappointed in the customer service from Enterprise.Anmeldt d. 17. dec. 2022

The Woodkand, CA Enterprise staff went out of their way to accommodate us after a glitch occurred in the location of the rental versus the airport where we landed. They weee most cordial and scrambled to get a car ready in spite of not having our reservation. They treated us like family—we loved that! Nothing could have been better! Didn't have a car resembling the type I had reserved. Outlandishly high rate for collision-damage waiver: approximately 3 times the standard online rate (which I tried to buy but the website malfunctioned). I couldn’t pick up my car because the location closed at noon and our flight arrived at 5pm. This was Saturday and the location didn’t reopen until Monday. Non-refundable and non-changeable. Ulemper:Booked for SMF airport and your system relocated my pick up elsewhere in Sacramento and had the return back to Sac rather than Oakland. Disaster won’t be using your service again. Fordele:It was a bit busy, but staff worked fast to try and get everyone out. So customer service was okay. I liked that they were working to serve everyone.Ulemper:Cars need to be cleaned between customers. If I did not need the car for only a few hours and I didn't already spend 45 minutes checking the car out, I would not have accepted that car. "Enhanced cleaning" had a lot of dead bugs all over the front of the car and dirt and rocks in the truck bed. Like lots of dirt and rocks.
