Fordele:The car was decentUlemper:I was price gouged by the counter staff because my reservation had “expired” and they charged me the walk-in rate which included full insurance. Kayak didn’t give me an option to put in a time to pick up the car so it defaulted to noon, and their policy is that reservations “expire” after 3 hours. Their customer service was atrocious and if given the choice I will never rent a cat from them again.Anmeldt d. 8. feb. 2021

Fordele:drop off was easyUlemper:Picking up the car was a poor experience. Lack of staffing, a card reader that rejected every customer's credit cards and overall system that was much longer to get through than other rental agencies. Line was out the door and it seemed that it averaged about 15 min per customer to get the keys.Anmeldt d. 25. okt. 2020

Fordele:Dropping off was easyUlemper:It takes 2 bus rides from the airport to get to Fox. I found the buses to be the most concerning part of traveling in terms of being able to socially distance. Checking in took a long time because there are only two employees checking in at a time, and they get a bus load of people checking in all at once. Fordele:The pick up was a bit of a hassle but it was our own fault. We got delay for the drop off, I called customer service and they extended my drop off time for a small fee, which was awesome.Ulemper:When we pick up the car there was a funny smells inside, we wanted to return the car but we were so behind into the trip, we decided just to bare the smell.Anmeldt d. 6. okt. 2020

Fordele:I believe in giving a company the chance to make it right if you have an issue with them, and Fox did just that. I had some problems picking up my rental which caused rates to go up and up sell charges to be added. When I brought this up to customer service they immediately reversed the extra charges. The staff was very friendly when I picked up and I didn’t have to wait during pickup or drop off. I really appreciated the way they handled my situation. Harley D was great.Ulemper:When you call the 800 number, I was on hold over an hour and never reached a rep. However, when I emailed they responded same day.Anmeldt d. 26. sep. 2020

Ulemper:I booked a dodge caravan minivan but got a smaller 7 passenger suv. We were all crammed in there and could only fit one luggage in the back. That's my only complaint. Car was clean and ran excellent throughout.Anmeldt d. 11. sep. 2020

Fordele:Staff was ok but they didn't have a car available for me when I got there even though I made a reservation for one after 40 minutes of waiting and when I was about to leave I got lucky someone showed up to drop off a car then I had to wait another 15 minutes to have it cleaned and it was still pretty gross the top/ ceiling off the car was filthyUlemper:They shouldn't take a reservation if there isn't a car available it can really ruin someone's vacation or plans.
