Car was dirty. Eaten sunflower seeds, drinks, and trash all in it. Sticky stuff everywhere. Car was NOT full of gas. Started with 50 miles less than I returned it with, AT LEAST. Rip off for sure. Not using Hertz again.Anmeldt d. 7. jul. 2024

2023 Toyota Camry. Wow! The technology! Great gas mileage. ECO mode, cruising at 62 mph, we were getting 44.9 MPG! The staff both pick up and return (TY2 ?) were fabulous! Only negative, the Camry 24000+/- was soiled. Someone we believe had smoked in the car. The interior windshield was dirty. Dash had been wiped, but not cleaned. Did I tell you we got 44.9 MPG!!! The van that I had reserved and paid for 3 months in advance was "not available" when we arrived to pick it up. I specifically needed a large vehicle for college graduation and move out and this affected plans and I had to scramble to make new arrangements which cost twice as much. The car was fine. I searched for Knoxville airport pickup and drop off but was given a car at a smaller office in town—the taxi ride cost me $50! I has noticed a street address on the confirmation but thought it was just one of those consolidated rental offices a short shuttle ride from the airport. WRONGAnmeldt d. 24. apr. 2022

We had prepaid the Chevy Malibu and the agent said we had a 7 passenger reserved but if we downgraded to a Ford Edge we would save some money. No refund was issued. When returning the vehicle there was no agent to accent the vehicle and poor instructions on how to return it without an agent.Anmeldt d. 7. mar. 2022

Customer Service was great, although the car I received was questionable. It was a bare-bones vehicle reeking of smoke and of questionable safety. Well over 50,000 miles on it, numerous stains and only one working window.
