Fordele: I liked that I was able to reserve online just as I was departing ORD and the car was ready upon arrival in Chattanooga. Staff was very friendly & car was in good order.

Family visit to Chattanooga/Trenton Ga.
Fordele: Reserved in advance for better rate and quick pick up at airport. Friendly staff. The van accommodated many passengers.. Easy handling on winding roads.
Ulemper: Rear seats were reclined too much and seat belts not easy to fasten.

Perfect trip.
Fordele: Pick up and drop off was incredibly quick. The Enterprise associates were great...professional and courteous. The vehicle we given was clean and made our trip much more enjoyable. Will be using Enterprise everytime we need a rental.

Ulemper: Was told they didnt have a full size car and was upgrading to a SUV. Then they tried to convince me me to buy their gas package because it would save me money. The whole the sales rep was on the phone talking to a friend. I wnet to the numbered spot and couldnt find a SUV, wqalked around fr a few minutes then used the car alarm to find the car - a toyota camry-CLEARLY NOT AN SUV!

Unknowingly upgraded with an upgraded price
Ulemper: I booked a compact car and given a Nissan Sentra - did not know this was a mid-size and was then charged for a mid-size. Front license plate falling off and smelled like there were smokers in the car previously and covered up with a fragrance spray.

Great customer service
Fordele: The man working at the counter was cheerful and friendly and got a good price for me. The truck was clean and got decent gas mileage.
Ulemper: For some reason it booked at the wrong location, so my car wasn't booked.
