They could’ve kept my appointment, and trying to upsell me overcharged me. They were overbooked by about 40 people. I was taking a back. It was early. We already planned a trip about two months prior and it still wasn’t ready for us super unprofessional and we were given no help. When we arrived, my car was not available. Instead of compact, they tried 2 give me an SUV for more money. They had my flight number so knew when it arrived. They denied the rental beacause I Live in California. This was not part of the Terms and Conditions. No restriction was given when making the reservation. I was left stranded without a car and I had to pay 6 times what I paid on this reservation to get a car.Anmeldt d. 23. jun. 2024

As my flight was delayed, I was told by NU that can only keep the reservation for 2 hours. There as no way for me to get to the NU location on time I had to rent another venison Avis and to give up on the NU car. I lost the rental fee that I paid in full since this was a non refundable rental. I will never rent a car from NuU again. And I’ll make sure to share my experience with as many people as I can.
