The man who picked up the car when I was dropping off, yelled at me because I was trying to park the vehicle in the row 20 (where I picked it up). I didn’t find a place to leave it next to Thrifty and I thought I could park it at the parking lot in a Thrifty spot, but this man came to me whistling and being aggressive with his facial expressions and yelled at me telling me that I was supposed to leave it on the other side. So we got to the rental place at a few minutes to noon and they were closed. It appears they close at noon. We went to another Thrifty at airport and they said they could take care of it, but that Thrifty did not take the insurance that I paid for through your site. So we had to get insurance through them which was quite pricey. Is that true that they don’t honor your offered insurance?Anmeldt d. 24. feb. 2024

I reserved a car online, I arrived by taxi from my hotel to be informed there were no cars! All of their cars had been fully booked since mid January. Thrifty employee stated the online reservations are not current with the availability of cars. I had no car and had paid a taxi fee for nothing!Anmeldt d. 16. feb. 2024
