We will never use Advantage again. We waited in line for two hours to pick up the car due to computer issues and slow agents. When we finally got the car, it had a musty smell. Rather than dealing with another wait time, we decided to buy Febreze to rid the car of the smell. After repeated applications, that worked. The windows were dirty. Pickup was pretty rough. There was one staff member, and a heck of a line. They are busy trying to upsell the rental itself, and then all of the add on options. The process takes entirely too long. Otherwise, I got a Nissan Altima for the Toyota Camry class (they are not the same), but I was so over it by the time I got my car, I was just happy to be on my way. The entire service was horrible and a scam. Didn’t even end up renting a car from this company so I went to hertz. If your looking for a scam come here. Refused to take my license because it was was a temp and recommend me to some sketchy scam guy to get a car. Would never use this company at all.Anmeldt d. 15. nov. 2021

When I use to rent for cars I would use advantage but now they jacked up the prices and have really bad cars! And before you could rent the car if you were a local and now they ask for electric bill and and a lot more information. Very disappointingAnmeldt d. 9. nov. 2021

Ulemper:The pickup process lasted over an hour with only 6 customers in front of me. There was 1 employee managing the desk (who was working hard), but it was too much for 1 person. After receiving the keys, the car was not in the spot (A-11) that they told me it was so I walked around the garage hitting the alarm until I found it. Drop off was incredibly ambiguous- took me 10 mins to find another renter’s employee and confirm the drop off procedure. I will NEVER rent from Advantage again.Anmeldt d. 13. maj 2021
