Fordele: I liked everything, Air Canada and Lufthansa did everything to facilitate travel for the passengers during these uneasy times. Everything is really well organized, on schedule, with outmost courtesy and effort
Fordele: The check-in and boarding process and time was great and quick, respectively. And the crew was quite friendly and courteous.
Also, our luggage was waiting for us once we deplaned (could be due to low level of travellers).
Ulemper: Nothing really. This was by far the best and fastest flight door-to-door.
Fordele: comfortable but tight squeeze, flight was short so no problem but my husband is 6' 2"
Ulemper: they did the best, were polite, helpful other AC flights taken, this was probably the best

Ulemper: Bathroom was disgusting. Sink and toilet clogged and filled with paper
Ulemper: The plane was loaded front to back and unloaded without any disipline i.e. the usual uncontrolled mob. Neither is a good idea in this time of covid-19.
Ulemper: For my bistro meal, I would have preferred a wrap or sandwich instead of snack foods
Fordele: I had a row to myself which was pleasant , the crew was very attentive and did assist when needed ... the ride was smooth
Ulemper: Snacks should at least be offered I came prepared but young children and teens tend to get hangry ... maybe more options for drinks as that’s all we get served?
Fordele: Everything was fine.
Ulemper: No issues.

Ulemper: Kept hearing a dog and baby cry People not social distancing when plane lands People not wearing their mask right

Ulemper: People sitting in front of me would keep putting down their mask and didn’t listen to the flight instructions when being showed the demonstration. Flight attendant wasn’t as friendly as other flight attendants I’ve had
Fordele: First time traveling with my dog and it went well.
Fordele: The agent was at the air Canada counter was amazing. He helped with getting my toddler a ticket, he walked us all the way to our gate because we were late boarding.
Ulemper: My toddler should have been issued a ticket from the beginning if that’s the policy. It took forever to cross the airport and then i had to figure out where to get our tickets which took over an hour and then we had to go through tsa again. Thank God the agent helped us through. I ended up not having food nor water for my son nor myself and of course no service on the flight. It was a miserable day to say the least.

Ulemper: It was a 767 what was a good surprise at first but very old. Food was not worth eating, crew was fine. The seats like the airplane, old.
Ulemper: Lots of different thin: boarding lines weren’t clear, seats are not that comfortable, food was fine but not great and I would give a very good to crew
Fordele: Empty middle seat so more room.
Fordele: Food and beverage service was great. Wine/beer and hot meals provided on the long flight were really appreciated.
Excellent restrooms on the 787.

Ulemper: Four hour delays with little to no updates along the way are inexcusable
Ulemper: Unclear how Air Canada is still claiming “beat airline in North America.” I think that was true 5+ years ago but the last two years they have been an operational nightmare with customer service also being atrocious

Ulemper: Flight was delayed, crew in general was disorganized, most usb charging ports weren’t working, touchscreen is very outdated

Ulemper: I’m just thankful the Castlegar flight went.
Ulemper: No food included (and that fact wasn't made clear when speaking to Air Canada on the phone -- which was, itself, a whole fiasco during booking). Exact options for "meal tray" would have been nice to see on the in-flight entertainment system.
Fordele: Crew member was grumpy, not friendly and did not give eye contact
Ulemper: Friendlier service and more organized to get on plane. All zones weren’t called and then announcement came on saying last call. Also not enough room for bags. Crew member was on phone when we arrived to plane. No explanation on why but made me feel uncomfortable about our safety.
Fordele: There was enough leg room and boarding was done reasonably quickly.
Ulemper: The flight was delayed by 15 minutes without explanation.
Ulemper: crew could have been more professional, the signs for boarding were confusing
Fordele: seats were pretty cramped in economy
Ulemper: AC changed departure lounges and nearly missed flight.
Ulemper: Departed one hour late due to weather from incoming flight departure city, YVR.
Ulemper: AC lost one of our suitcases and it did not arrive until late afternoon of the next day. Filled out a missing luggage report.
Ulemper: Late departure as YVR would not allow us to land due to weather. Late arrival as YVR would not allow us to land as too many flights in the pattern.
Ulemper: Air Canada is by far the worst airline ever! Lost our connection flight and arrived super late after being relocated in another flight.
Fordele: Entertainment TV worked well

Fordele: The whole process from check-in to getting luggage was smooth.
Ulemper: Food wasn't great. It wasn't terrible either but I've had better.
Ulemper: They ran out of food people would actually like to purchase and all that was left was cruddy Mac and cheese, pizza and truly awful sushi made by someone who has both never tried but inexorably hates it.

Ulemper: We were on the runway for one hour and Calgary was not notified so we could not make our connecting flight even though room on the plane. On the flight an hour later we were on the plane for three hours but the weather prevented takeoff. Now we are sleeping in the airport until 6 am. So I think communication needs to be improved

Ulemper: it took a very long time for take off, and de freezing. That should have been done prior because it made our flight very late arriving in toronto
Ulemper: Checking in was a disaster. Took a long time. Lady wasn’t sure if we were going to embark as my son has two surnames. Ticket was matching middle and last name. She had to consult her superior that in front of us sayid it would be ok. Even after that She was challenging him. At the end it was all good. She had a very bad attitude.
Fordele: The crew was spot on with there interacting with us passengers and very good doing there job
