Ulemper: My friend faced a problem he was booking the flight through your site by kiwi.com and he coudnt do the check in because he dont have the email and the password so he had to pay 60€, so i hope if the kiwi.com notes this matter.
Fordele: The whole thing from start to finish was excellent

Ulemper: The seat was very very small for an average size human and the seat belt was on max.. No social distancing between seats

Ulemper: Barely any covid measures. Brussels airlines uses staggered disembarking. Row per row. Ryanair still does the usual “every man for himself”.
Fordele: Seat super uncomfortable

Ulemper: I wasn't on this flight. I wasn't able to cancel or refund it.

Ulemper: With Ryanair even if you break your leg during your trip and you’ll need an emergency trip back home they will make you pay a double seat (2 tickets because you have to stretch your broken leg) + 50€ commission on that second ticket. A 3€ for a small plastic water and of course a physical screaming/aggression from their staff while you are on a wheelchair. Thank you. Always a pleasure. You never surprise me.
Fordele: Nothing amazing its opposite, ryanair.com its the worst airline in Europe or maybe on the world. EU parliament should closings this airlane
Ulemper: no chance to be better, I think its all Passenger should expect only its will be worse
Fordele: Rate. Didn’t like the charge of 55 pounds when I couldn’t check in on my phone. But the person at the desk was pleasant.
Fordele: I wasn't allowed to fly as the Scottish government said non essential travel wasn't allowed and I wasn't allowed the opportunity to get a voucher for my flight
Ulemper: Seeing as I wasn't allowed to fly l could have been offered a voucher or someone at Ryanair help could have answered my question about my flight
Fordele: The crew was great and everything about the whole experience was wonderful.

Fordele: flight late so crew dismissive wanting to get people on board, during flight was ok

Ulemper: The CHEAP profiler of a CEO this airline has as its head. As it stands, Ryan isn't worth saving.
Fordele: Everybody was relax and content
Fordele: Boarding was quick (bus to aircraft and stairs), the ticket was cheap, just your average Ryanair flight!

Ulemper: Once again, they were late to depart and to arrive...
Ulemper: Flight delayed 2 hours with very little communication as to why. We were not informed of likely length of delay. Once on board we were not offered any small compensation such as a free drink etc. Customers were moved to accommodate other passengers resulting in my friend moving from isle or middle seat. This wasn’t handled very gently and she wasn’t thanked.

Ulemper: The flight was delayed because of meteorological issues, and the time we had to wait on the plane could be minimized with some food and water

Ulemper: The seats cannot recline. They were stiff as a board. Completely uncomfortable! No complimentary drinks, not even watter!?
Ulemper: The man at the back of me was for ever knocking my seat so I was unable to rest / sleep as it was an early morning flight. Even after politely asking him to refrain, he continued.

Ulemper: Ridiculous charging 25euro for a small backpack, by threatening to let you on is truly extortion

Ulemper: First of all, we've had to pay registration fee 55 Euros each, just because we didn't check in online! What the hell is that?
Secondly, the seats that I paid for were not available!

Ulemper: The members at the checkin desk did not speak english well and would not do a required visa check that the website said needed to be done to validate our boarding passes.
Fordele: The crew was kind.
Ulemper: I had to buy a plus ticket for my luggage, but I bought a priority before. I don’t like it.
Ulemper: 2 hour delay
Fordele: That it was on time
Ulemper: On board entertainment
Ulemper: Gate was closed without putting a notice on the boarding.
Fordele: Great crew
Fordele: Even though I had a middle seat with no legroom (I'm 6ft7), it was still more comfortable than the Easyjet aisle seat I had outbound. The seat backs are plasticky but at least they are thin and don't encroach on your leg room.
Ulemper: departure gate area was standing room only
Fordele: Seat had very little cushion.
Fordele: No it wasn't comfortable, a regular seat.
Ulemper: - The crew was in a playful attitude, seems like they were not working at all, took their jobs as a joke - no kind of entertainment at all

Ulemper: No complaints
Fordele: Nothing about this flight/airline was good.
Ulemper: A different airline.

Ulemper: Boarding was a caos, I guess is Italian style
