Ulemper: Very small seat. Had a big person next to me and was quite uncomfortable
Fordele: I've flown SAS a few times and have always been favorably impressed with the service. On this flight we booked the "bare bones" fare and paid extra for checked bags and extra-legroom seats. The overall cost was still better than most other airlines.
Fordele: I was able to log on the my booking and select aisle seats for no additional cost (surprisingly). Made the short flight much more comfortable.
Fordele: Amazing crew, fast boarding.
Ulemper: Uninspired food. I was served the same meals 30 years ago.
Fordele: Coffee/water complimentary regardless of class. 45 minutes in the air.
Ulemper: Very small plane. No USB.

Ulemper: Staff was lacy and rude to another customer. She told the passenger she wasn’t walking to the back of the plane to get her a paper cup.

Ulemper: I ordered vegan meals and only one of the meals were vegan. Someone had forgotten to bring the second meal for me on the plane.

Fordele: The crew was very attentive.
Ulemper: The seats are tight and uncomfortable. Emirates and Singapore airlines have much more space in economy class. They also have better food. The worst new development is that you have to pay an additional charge if you want to sit together. That is pretty ridiculous for an international flight AND when you have a small child with you. I can see doing that on Ryan air, but that is pretty low for a Scandinavian airline. Scandinavians have a very strong sense of family.
Ulemper: Terrible to have to pay 70 Euros when you are an elite gold status member. And no mention of this during booking process and checkin unless you dig in deep via links. Not used to this with other airline partners and likely last time I am flying SAS
Fordele: Ontime and efficient boarding with polite crew.
Ulemper: Nothing to improve. I slept the whole flight so couldn’t evaluate all aspects.
Fordele: I really enjoyed the ease of boarding and how smooth the flight went. The airline crew was friendly and the food was great.
Ulemper: I wish that I was informed ahead of time that SAS GO LITE flights do not include check-in baggage. I ended up paying $109 instead of $60 because I was unaware that the fees change the day of departure. This upset me.

Ulemper: I think for the price I paid for the flight there should at least be a free snack to go with the free drink.
Top of the range airline.
Fordele: Calm, friendly and professional crew, good food and spotlessly clean aircraft.
Ulemper: Disorganized boarding. People were jumping the line saying they were in the zone that was called when they couldn’t have been. I was there early (one of the 1st) but because I’m polite and only approached the gate when my zone was called, ended up at the back. More monitoring of this would help because I saw other people bothered by this.
Fordele: The plane was nice and comfortable. The flight was only about 40 minutes.
Ulemper: Everything was fine. A very quick, easy flight at the end of a long day for me.
Fordele: The flight itself was fine. We had a two-hour delay due to a mechanical issue, but the crew took care of it as quickly as they could.
Ulemper: It was just a relatively quick, unremarkable flight.
Ulemper: No food, no entertainment. Ridiculous!! Not even a damn sandwich!!
Fordele: Crew on EWR to ARN was so-so. They lock restrooms at the back because they don't people hanging around the kitchen in the back. Also, the one cabin crew does not say Excuse Me when he needs to pass- he just touches you and pushes you aside

Ulemper: my first flight overseas. friendly staff. movies ..headphones..pillow and blankets included. 2 beverages included with meal. only downside was paying for checked bag. looks like that is included on the return flight so that won't be and issue on the way home. no issues with carryons.
Ulemper: It would be better if the plane was cleaned before boarding. The row where I was seated has potato chips all over the floor. Pls. clean your plane before boarding.
Fordele: Smiling crew, clean airplane, tasty healthy food. I had all I needed to be comfortable.
Ulemper: I can’t think of anything to improve on.

Ulemper: Terrible airline, they charge for everything, but don’t give the client good service. I was yelled by a worker because I was having difficulties scanning my bag at the self-scanning-and-uploading-your-luggage that you pay $100 dollars extra Per bag. I don’t like this airline.
Fordele: The crew was fine. The seats in the A330 are the worst only to be made worse by NO legroom. Very uncomfortable airplane. The flight crew also closes the rear bathroom off during most of the flight, I am assuming so they can use....
Ulemper: Only serving beef as meal in economy was not great. A choice would be better.

Fordele: Crew was good, especially from Beijing to Copenhagen
Ulemper: The baggage fees has to be clearly informed, they have a different fees almost double if u checkin bag from 22hrs of departure, total ripoff. Bundle the baggage fees when you buy ticket.
Fordele: Smooth flight from Copenhagen to Berlin - uneventful which is good. They even offered free coffee and tea.

Ulemper: The check in staff at the gate could have been more friendly and paid better attention to customer care. I was standing in front of the counter with a simple Question but had to wait 5 minutes before the two agents got done with their own personal chat and thought about attending to me.

Fordele: The seat was not as cramped as the Greenland Airways flight preceeding this.
Ulemper: Not having additional fees for baggage. Please disclose that as part of the ticketing.
Ulemper: Can’t believe SAS charges for 1 piece of luggage Never experienced in all the years I’ve travelled internationally Also couldn’t accept UScredit card to buy a drink- yes you had to buy an alcoholic beverage on the flight to Europe Better to upgrade your ticket so you can check a bag and use lounge

Fordele: First time on SAS in many years. Service was lower than average. Will fly with other carriers on my next Euro trip.
Ulemper: Flight left Boston 1.5 hours late. I barely made my connecting flight but my checked bag did not. SAS outsources to GBS to handle missing bags. They promised 24 hours to deiiver to my hotel, but took 3 days. No one answers their phone. Terrible experience.

Fordele: My first part of the flight, from SFO to CPH, was good. It was the second part that was terrible.
Ulemper: SAS never emailed the second boarding ticket and there was no agent at the gate to help me print one. I paid $20 days in advance for a front aisle seat (6E), but was boarded last (group H) and had to put my carry-on in aisle 26. The stewardess was very rude and seemed racist towards me.

Ulemper: techical problems announced AFTER plane was fully boarded, took 1-1/2 hours with no refreshments offered except the water bottles at seat. However, captain did make periodic announcements as to progress of repairs.
