Ulemper: Airport team ask me to pay for 1kg and I have Already pay in Dubai as I was have 30 kg + 8 hand bag and 3 personal still she don’t like to talk and ask me to go and pay it’s will be my last fly with guys
Fordele: Flight was on time. Crew handled a dispute between two passengers effectivley and professionally.

Ulemper: Not charging for a small bottle of water would be nice.
Ulemper: The seats more comfortable.
Ulemper: They wanted to charge me for water in Euros, though the flight left from Istanbul and I only had Turkish lira with me. So we tried credit card, but credit card machine didn't work on any of my three cards. So they kindly brought me a free cup of water after all.
Fordele: Good legroom
Ulemper: Just perfect and on time
Ulemper: No good planning for cabin baggages, caused ~2 hour delay, sitting inside the craft.
Ulemper: Unfriendly staff and very uncomfortable airplane. Seats were bad
Ulemper: Staff are not friendly, airplane was old and seats were very uncomfortable
Fordele: Great boarding , on time! Friendly helpful staff . Just really good experience

Fordele: The crews are friendly and smiling. Seat are comfortable
Ulemper: If they allow the family with young children to board first will be excellent

Ulemper: It’s stupid Airlines. He give me brooding pass and make security check everything at final he didn’t make me fly to London because they sey u need transit visa. Why not they inform early so I can get online visa. And airlines don’t help anything finally i buy new tkt by myself .....

Fordele: The on-board crew were friendly and professional. The in flight entertainment options were great. And the flight was mostly on time and easy.
Ulemper: We had significant issues getting our one boarding pass from the computers and then the workers in the airport. We purchased both tickets together and the one had no issues. However, we got nonchalantly passed off from one employee to another without having anyone seem really concerned for us.
Ulemper: the chairs are very uncomfortable for a early morning flight.. do not recline. i am not big at all.. im 154cm and 60 kg.. the chairs killled my back and next... i just wanted to sleep.
Fordele: Crew was good, cheap price
Ulemper: Rough landing, and very poor luggage service upon arrival

Fordele: Flight was on time.
Ulemper: Check in line was very long and boarding was very unorganized.
Ulemper: 4 hours late - no communication

Fordele: We landed without crashing
Ulemper: The check in process, the upgrade process, the boarding process. And, everyone just sat where they wanted, even after I paid for the upgraded seat. The crew could not care less, and I ended up with the largest person on the plane next to me, who seat jumped, so I had to sit sideways the whole fly.
Fordele: The crew in the aircraft were good but the ground services were poor
Ulemper: The ground staff should respect travelers. And they should look to customers satisfaction more
Ulemper: i tried to cancel. as you can see i booked other tickets from IST to DXB but could not get a refund for these tickets
Fordele: The price was good
Ulemper: A lot of confusion at the airport when we wanted to check our bags. I felt they could have directed traffic (the people trying to check in) better.
Ulemper: Because of health reasons, we wanted to cancel the flight but there was no such option.
Fordele: Was the Crew very rude
Fordele: The meals we ordered were tasty and the leather seats and leg room are fair enough
Ulemper: Boarding is sooooo slow Entertainment facilities did not exist
Ulemper: I paid £275 for my TICKET ,after 2 min I rang them for cancel my ticket they said refund only £177
Then I said ok change the ticket they said still need to pay penalty charge as well, i wasnt happy then they call me back he said we cancel your ticket and refunds £240 , I lost £35 in 10 min .
Fordele: Crew amazing .. seats not comfortable

But the seats not comfortable .. it's like minibus .. no range of movement ..
Ulemper: Toilet .. seats .. windows.. air conditioning must be stronger ..
Fordele: Customer service is awful I will never fly Pegasus again

Ulemper: The airline should at least provide a snack. It's 4 hrs of travel.
Fordele: On time
Ulemper: Food abd more comfort flight

Ulemper: Toilets are not good. Wash hand basin always blocked. I tried 2 different toilets and both are the same
Fordele: One Crew member was very nice, the rest were not so friendly. But overall a smooth ride, and no problems.
Fordele: The price
Ulemper: Screens or just at least free water or drink
Fordele: Good value/price ratio.
Ulemper: The seat is not comfortable, too narrow space, can’t adjust a little bit.
Fordele: The crew was fine.
Ulemper: Pegasus should upgrade the payment method through cards. They should accept more types of bank cards.
Ulemper: They flew me from Madrid to Istanbul with a replacement passport knowing my final destination. Was Bahrain but would not let me board the plane in Istanbul. Now I’m stuck here with no money, credit card, or flight and I’m completely screwed because of Pegasus
Fordele: No different than other airlines as far as airplane goes. Crew was OK.
Ulemper: Ticketing process was little bit chaos. I had 5 different names on my e-tickets, but one person name was missing and there were duplicate names.I showed my e-tickets and a ticketing agent took care of it.
Fordele: The price
Fordele: The crew doesn’t smile! The economy seats are narrow, with the same ticket price I can fly with a plane with infotainment
Ulemper: Though it was a one hour flight At least you could offer passengers water or coffee plus a smile would do make us feel relaxed.
Ulemper: Seats are impossibly close. Men's knees hit the back of the seat in front of them. Sardines accurately describes seating on this airline. No, and I mean No, room to move.
Ulemper: How comes i am in transit and they stopp me and make a lot of troubles because i have no visa?? And after they made deporting paper to sign ??? It was really stupid thing ,, if i am in transit and i should have visa ??
Ulemper: Staff smile more. More room.
Fordele: Not so comfortable and no any food or drink beverage for free of charge
Ulemper: They should at clean and provide food and drink for free of charges
Fordele: The flight was very uncomfortable and dirty
Ulemper: Check IN desk, unprofessional and rude employees.
Never again will travel with this company.

Ulemper: Pegusus auto kiosk checkin got errors so I had to wait in counter line. Fix this! Tea costs money. But cheap travel is awesome!!!
Fordele: On-time, no hassle or problems, not a lot of fuss or commotion like the bigger airlines, I think by them not serving food, it actually is a better atmosphere, can’t explain it, but totally felt light and not too problematic during both flights, jeddah to Istanbul and then again from Istanbul to Sara
Ulemper: Maybe, some entertainment???? But still a good flight even without it.
Fordele: Really easy experience - friendly, organized, on time and a great price!
