Jeg missede mit fly, personalet var ikke hjælpsomme, de sad og så på, mens jeg ventede, gangvejsdøren var lukket, engelsk var et problem, der var ingen meddelelse, jeg var der til tiden, nu har jeg mistet min månedlange ferie, mistet 1400 dollars, ingen refundering, jeg har det fysisk dårligt over det.
