Det var den værste flyvning nogensinde på 26 timer. Dårlig service og siddepladser. Flyvningen fra Abu Dhabi til Islamabad havde den dårligste service og siddepladser nogensinde. Intet ekstra tv.

Sæderne er meget små og ubehagelige. Underholdningen er meget dårlig, og USB-stikket fungerer ikke. Besætningen er professionel.

Jeg fik ikke lov til at bruge loungen, selvom jeg havde en business class-billet, og ingen fortalte mig, at min billet ikke var berettiget til at bruge loungen.

AUH-LIS
Check-in har været den absolut bedste indtil nu. Jeg fik dog ikke brugt min prioriterede adgang, hvilket fik mig til at føle, at jeg havde betalt en højere pris uden fordel. Jeg elskede maden – meget velsmagende og varm. Personalets venlighed og empati kunne være bedre, da det ikke var ensartet blandt hele besætningen. Ellers ingen klager. Jeg vil stadig gerne flyve med Etihad igen – gode priser trods de lange 6 timers ventetid.

Jeg blev overrasket over den lavere sædekvalitet på Boeing 777 i Business Class. Sæderne er trange, og hele Business Class-sektionen er proppet med pladser. Det føles slet ikke som Business Class. Derudover gør placeringen af bakbordene, med et stort, klodset metalhængsel i knæhøjde, det meget ukomfortabelt, og man er hele tiden nervøs for at støde knæet imod. Kvaliteten af faciliteterne er også faldet. Alt i alt er billetterne alt for dyre i forhold til den forringede kvalitet af hele oplevelsen.
