Fordele: - the food trays of seats of the plane are in such a way that you can lay your head on them and sleep. It’s really the most comfortable of all Continental flights I’ve experienced.

Ulemper: Leg space, cabin bag allowance more than 5 kg. Water at least to be served onboard a long distance flight.
Fordele: The offert of 5 euro discount on Duty Free products when you buy some food over 6 euros.
Fordele: The crew was ok. The seats no conmfortable.
Ulemper: Every time the same problems. Bording we have to wait almost an hour and then all the people have to wait for the bus in a very Small place(like animals) then at the bus... waiting in a full one untill someone says ok to ride..
Fordele: It was enough fast
Ulemper: Too much money for nothing service.
Fordele: The food options were amazing and the wine was very nice!

Ulemper: After arrival to budapest not platformy ready and waiting over 10minutes
Fordele: Everything went exactly as it should with any flight - check-in (long queue, but multiple desks open so it didn't take long for everyone to check-in on time), boarding (swift and efficient), operation (no technical issues, no unpleasant experiences, flight departed and landed on time) & plane (fairly new and clean aircraft).
Ulemper: Not being connected to a jet (boarding) bridge, despite the aircraft being parked right in front of the terminal, next to one of these connecting bridges. We had to take the bus circle the terminal for what felt like an unnecessary expense-cutting choice made by Wizzair.
Fordele: The leg space
Ulemper: The don't let you sit together unless you pay extra, it's absolutely absurd. Thay put us on the opposite side of the airplane.
Ulemper: Girl at the bording desk got in an argument with an passenger and she could have managed it a lot better then that.
Ulemper: Uncomfortable seats
Ulemper: You must check in few hours before the flight. Checking in at the airport will cost you 35€.
Besides that, the boarding took almost 40min and the seats are not comfy at all. That said, i would rather pay extra $50 and fly with normal company.

Fordele: The crew was very professional and I cannot complain about that.
Ulemper: Budapest airport has tricky terminal for the Wizzair planes. You have to go outside the main terminal to get to the Wizz terminals and then you have to go outside again to get to the plane. It was really weird but I understand that as it is a low budget flight provider. The thing that made me really upset was that we all (passengers) left the terminal to get to the plane and we had to wait outside till we could start entering the plane. I really don’t understand why someone made us to wait outside while it’s freezing cold when the doors are not open or plane is not ready. That was unreasonable and ruined my trip.

Ulemper: Gate announcement was only a few minutes before cut off!!

Ulemper: Start boarding time 30min before it is set to fly instead of doing when we are supposed to take off
Ulemper: WizzAir's service. The flight had an 8 hour delay due to bad weather, while Tarom had a flight on the same route, under the same circumstances, and managed to fly to and from Valencia within a much more acceptable 2 hour delay.
Ulemper: I paid 3 tickets for my kids from Prishtine to Budapest online through Kayak and when they went to check in they didn’t accept the tickets!!! They made them to buy new tickets because they didn’t accept those that I bought online.!!

When you fly low budget just expect surprises. The small prints are terrible clauses and you will never know when they will get you. Today I was charged £25 on the spot by WIZZ AIR at the boarding gate, even if I disagreed with the charges, I wasn’t prepared to miss my flight W61301 from Warsaw to Luton. There is a degree of unfairness with these impromptu and extra charges. I came on the same flight with the same bag and there was no hassle. I was a soft target and whilst I had no problem with the flight and the service provided, I will not recommend @wizzair. I felt the extra charge was a con.
Ulemper: WIZZ Air need to be sensible. I travelled from London to Warsaw without any problem and they made a problem on my way back.!
Fordele: We had an eventless and safe flight and it was not too cold on the plane.
Ulemper: There was no paper towel in the toilet, the water for the tee was not warm enough to have tee. We have been told to have 10-20 min delay we arrived much later. And the intonation of the speaking stewardess was so annoying that you could not listen to it :( These are minor things but can change the customer experience.
Fordele: It's the cheapest you can get
Ulemper: They split me and my wife on porpuse to force me to buy the option to choose my seating. The leg space is tiny and the chairs won't recline so it's super uncomfortable. Flight times are shitty. Te leave early in the morning so you can barely get some sleep at night. Nor on the plane. They don't any serve food or even water and let you dry up. You can buy overpriced food and beverage onboard. My purchase from the duty free was stolen and they didn't help me handle the problem. Awful experience.
Fordele: Hats off for the pilots! They did a great job to land the plane during the night on a very-very thick fog. Actually, we were the first plane to land safely in CLJ airport in three consecutive days apart all the other diverted landings to other airports.
Ulemper: 6 hours delay due to bad weather.
Fordele: Budget friendliness
Fordele: I was at the gate. Before the door to enter the airplane.
The Hungarian crew wasn’t telling me that they are closing the gate or going to close it. They completely ignore me and let me stand there and at the end I see the door close in front of me, 2 meter from me and they told me I mised flight.
Ulemper: I lost my money and I had to buy new flight with other company. Wizzair crew at budapest was very rude and didn’t take responsibility for the mistake they did. They could just say they are closing the door but nobody did. 2 meters from me and after I passed all security they ignored me completely.
Ulemper: Flight was over booked
Fordele: Overall experience was good. Boarding was fine and onboard crew was nice and helpful.
Ulemper: Seats do not recline and there is not a lot of legroom, especially if you are over 180 cm.
Fordele: One of the very rare on-time, efficient and smooth flights with Wizzair. Check-in was fairly quick and incident-free, despite some of the other passengers reporting problems with the procedures and the staff. Boarding was quick and the flight actually arrived 10 minutes earlier than scheduled.
Ulemper: As usual, the cabin crew is adequately polite, but not overly friendly, the food & beverage range is mediocre and overpriced at best and the entertainment is virtually non-existent.
Fordele: Extra legroom seats are a godsend (but that's applicable to any airline, not just Wizzair, although they do seem to have a few more of these than other airlines - low cost or not). Also, despite a 35 min. initial delay, we eventually landed only 15 min. later than the scheduled time.
Ulemper: The boarding process at Gatwick was disastrous. There were only 2 agents, none of which spoke proper English. Also, one of them was busy checking each individual carry-on bag with unnecessary extra scrutiny, only to provide customers to the second agent, which was taking the payments for extra bags.
Fordele: The cheap fares
Ulemper: Airplane was filthy, needed a thorough cleaning. More padding on the seat.
Ulemper: Weirds sounds near first rows -- like compressor working or something

Ulemper: don't stop the airplane 5 miles from the terminal in a pouring rain making everyone have to walk to the gate and getting soaked.

Ulemper: Boarding was ridiculous, check in lady had no idea what an infant is and how their own app works. Suggested us to use the e-gate with an infant and angrily put us at the back of the cue. The infant wanted to breastfeed...
Fordele: We landed
Ulemper: Customer service, communication between check in and boarding agents, clear rules. On time departure as opposed to 60 minute delay on the runway
Ulemper: The seats are cramped and you have to pay for snacks and water
Fordele: I think some of the issues were passenger related, and passengers not listening to the crew. So it wasn't so much I liked it but some of the crew's attitudes were warranted based on the passengers.
Ulemper: We were loaded onto the bus to take us to the plane and then stood on the bus for 45 minutes! Then were delayed even longer. With zero explanation the entire time. Additionally having to pay for even water is a bit much, especially when I came prepared, but drank more because it was hot on the bus.
Ulemper: Staff could of been friendlier. They would not give me a cup of water and said i had to buy a bottle.
Fordele: The seat not so comfortable but good
