Finding the location for pickup was confusing. The signs around the airport only direct you to car rental return and not pick up. The transit van was old and part of the back interior kept falling off in the cargo area. It was clear that wood shims were being used to keep this part attached and was not doing a very good job of it. This van should be retired. The counter rep was very friendly and helpful. They want you to use the app, but it doesn’t work right- especially if you don’t book through them. Poor or no instructions. Ultimately had to go to the counter and see the one over-worked and stressed employee. Nonetheless, she was very nice and helpful. Car rattled the entire time. Drop off at destination was equally frustrating. No signage, one employee who was stretched thin. Didn’t even end up saving much vs my preferred rental car company. Ugh.Anmeldt d. 6. jan. 2022

I didn't like anything because I wasn't able to get a rental! I was using a debit card and didn't pass the credit check (which I NEVER had to do with other rental car companies) and my only option was to use a credit card, which I didn't have. I even asked if someone else could rent the car and I be added as an additional driver and was told as an additional driver, I would still be subject to a credit check! Absurd! Fordele:They ran out of cars at my pick up location, told me to go to the airport for my car, and then the airport location said they couldn’t honor my reservation so I paid twice as much.Ulemper:Being able to pick up the car where I wanted to pick it up.
