The reservation did not make it clear that the car was to be picked up in town instead of at the airpoort. Even though there was an Enterprise counter at the airport, I had to take an Uber with my luggage to the other location. The counter people at the airport were surly and not willing to address my problem. It was a waste of both time and money.Anmeldt d. 22. feb. 2023

The people working there were great! Really went above and beyond! Unfortunately our flight was changed to a few hours later though and we ended up having to pay a full day's cost for the rental car and that didn't seem right.Anmeldt d. 18. maj 2022

When we picked up the car it wasn't vacuumed. It smelt like weed and the tire pressure was at 27 pounds, which was very low. We needed to buy an air freshener, put in air and then when we returned it, they tried charging us for 5 gallons of fuel.we didn't replace, though the odometer was at the 1/2 mark when we got it and when we returned it. Fordele:The check out process was quick and easy at the airport terminal. Car was comfortable.Ulemper:It took over an hour to pickup rental even though I had already done all paperwork and just needed to pickup vehicle. There was a lot of chaos, 2 people doing rentals and only 4 people in front of me. They were struggling with order, cleaning and checkout process.
