Flight was delayed. Hertz where I had the reservation was closed by the time I arrived. Hertz airport location wouldn’t honor the reservation price nor would they credit the money toward the new reservation. Wasn’t able to reach kayak either. Misleading pick up location we wanted airport and kayak mislead us to another location which had no shuttle to and from airport this spending more money and time figuring out how to pick up car. Spoke with agent and said many people are having this issue with 3rd party agents . We live in St.Paul, MN. We rented the car because we were going to Hartford, CT. Got to the car rental at Bradly Airport and were told the car was in ST. Paul. Had to rent another car in Hartford. I must have missed something, but I landed in Minneapolis at around 5:15 and was told I had to go to St. Paul to pick up my car. But the St. Paul office closed at 5 PM! There were no cars available at the Mpls airport and they couldn't or wouldn't do anything. My entire schedule had to be changed. I wonder if I will get my refund...Anmeldt d. 23. jul. 2021

I made a mistake and ordered the cat a week early. Rental would have been 185 dollars. They charged me 100 bucks for a car I never even got. Cancelled reservations more than 24 hours in advance.
