Ulemper: The worse experience ever. I booked the flight and then they canceled it, i tried changing the dates but the website was giving me an error so i called them, after being on the phone for 2 hr some guy answered who seemed very tired and not thrilled working for LOT. Rood and not helpful, told me to try FB messenger and online changing again. Failed to get a voucher, refund or change the dates online, was still getting an error. on messenger they answered and told me i can get a voucher, i told them i don't want it and after that they stopped replying all together. good thing i got my money back by filing a dispute with my credit cart company.

Fordele: The seats were very comfortable. The plane was clean and the crew was very friendly.

Ulemper: The company booking was reserved the worse company on the world , couldn't reach them to make a changes , I had to give up my ticket and lost all the money , zero response from their side.
Fordele: Sit was not comfortable, looks like that airplane was not for long trip.
Ulemper: Comfortable seats, screen, usb charger.
Fordele: New plane, comfortable seats, very nice flight attendants.
Ulemper: There is no way to pre-order meals on LOT flights other than calling a Warsaw phone number. Other airlines allow this both during online check-in and at any other time as part of managing your booking.
Ulemper: Entertainment system operated intermittently. Headphone jack didn't make good contact with plug, no noise reducing headphones, mediocre food.
Ulemper: somebody lost my bag with ski boots, never again with polish air lines,NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Fordele: The flight was very late taking off meaning I had to literally run across the airport at Krakow to make my connecting flight to London Heathrow which was over an hour late arriving at Heathrow Airport.
Fordele: Crew was very professional. USB port to charge your phone or tablet. Nice selection of music from many different eras.
Ulemper: No maps on the screen in front of me. Not the best selection of comedy TV shows. No veggie option for Vegans.
Fordele: My seat didnt have much room in front of me and I really missed the maps option on the TV screen in front of me. I really liked having a USB port so I could charge my phone.
Ulemper: Very bad seats

Fordele: Good food, good service and arrived before schedule.
Fordele: On time, good service and economy food was better than any other airline I have ever flown.
Fordele: The crew was great! Was disappointed they gave us a A340 from air Belgium instead of the 787 Dreamliner we were supposed to get.
Ulemper: Boarding was tough they made us board a shuttle like the 90’s and go up stairs was really tough with kids and carry ons.
Fordele: I like that the boarding was delayed mid-way for some unknown reason (thus, the take-off was 15 min delayed), and I was able to get on the plane with my short connection not being the last passenger. :)
Ulemper: Food could have been better.
Ulemper: The registration could open earlier than two (!) hours before the take-off! Or, at least have more than two representative registering economy class passengers (yes, there was a big and very slow line).
The food could be better than just a McDonald's type apple pie.
Fordele: From Toronto to Warsaw we flew with Air Belgium even though we paid a ticket for Polish Airlines and everything was horrible. We waited an hour without any explanation before boarding and another hour and half after boarding. The seats were very uncomfortable and there was no leg room. Flight from Warsaw to Belgrade was a lot better, however 2 out of my 3 luggages were lost. Crew on both flights were lovely.
Ulemper: I paid for a certain seat before the flight, and at the check-in my seat was changed to a back row. Because of that by the time I was offered the food, there was no choice, only one food (beef) was available. I was unhappy with that!!!!!
The crew tried to solve all the issues on the plane. They were excellent!!!
Ulemper: The fly attendant can be nicer
Fordele: The plane itself is ok. Not expecting too much from economy class.
Ulemper: Not much really.
Fordele: Very good, professional and kind crew. The airline did not submit my request for vegetarian food but one of the crew went out of her way to create an "a la carte" dinner from the first class food.
Ulemper: The plane does not have a gate at the Tom Bradley terminal and we had to be bused in. That was too much delay. On top of that, the airline lost one of our luggage. Thank god for insurance!

Fordele: Boarding was an absolute mess. Seats were uncomfortable. Flight attendants did their jobs, nothing more

Fordele: Flight was serviced by High Fly, which seem to provide temporary replacement services including very old plane with no onboard entertainment.

Ulemper: Plane on time for the start would be a nice thing. But the list goes...
Ulemper: The food was very poor, the staff hardly offer any liquids through out the flight.
Ulemper: The flight was long enough that some entertainment, even just the ability to plug in my own device to charge and use would have made the flight better.
Ulemper: Boarding was a little less orderly than I am used to, but everything else was great service for the price

Ulemper: The airplane is to small inside, very limited space.
Fordele: Japan staff on Narita Airport
Ulemper: Poor Warsaw airport.
Ulemper: Boarding at LAX was one hour late. And the lines were chaotic and very disorganized.
Ulemper: My screen was not working
Fordele: That eventually I made it to Tokyo via Qatar airways.
Fordele: Crew was helpful - hung my jacket up in the wardrobe so it doesn’t get wrinkled. Boarding and luggage arrival were very quick - good service by LOT.
Fordele: Entertainment system during the long flight from Warsaw to Tokyo.
Ulemper: Take off from Tel Aviv was 4-5 hours late. This caused us to miss a planned half day trip to Warsaw.
