Fordele: The staff goes above and beyond to help you out whenever there’s an issue, and they are so courteous when doing so!!! You really are feeling very well looked after! 100% would recommend and will be back there again!

Fordele: staff were good
Ulemper: booked a corolla 9 months in advance and was given a kia Rio at the same rate. was booked through Cartrawler but was confirmed with Eastcoast 9 months ago.

Excellent Vale
Fordele: Good Car, economic to run. Great service with prompt pick up and drop off at airport Excellent value (even with additional GST)

CarTrawler is a fraudulent company - bait & switch. You support them.
Fordele: I got the car I ordered after threatening to go to the ACCC. I did then follow through as it is illegal to use a bait and switch model which CarTrawler employs: advertise a top model car at a heavily discounted price and when then IMMEDIATELY supply another cheaper vehicle. Fraudulent. I hope you are fined or banned from the Australian market for being a part of this deceptive behaviour.
Ulemper: I liked the car but it took several hours of phone calls to the fraudulent companies involved, three of them, to force their hand.
