Fordele: Flight was canceled. No crew... Alternative: Eurowings via Newark. And then United to Detroit. A totally wasted day...

Ulemper: Luggage was not received. Now being told it will take up to 5 days! Unacceptable performance

Fordele: Nothing

Ulemper: Cancelling my ticket and put me on another flight Then lost my bag I didn’t receive my bag in final destination

Ulemper: Short boarding time.missed the flight and had to pay.

Ulemper: Hour late departure and still only loaded 1/3 of the luggage. Communication about the luggage problem was poor

Ulemper: The airline lost our bags!

Fordele: Didn’t like anything. Mediocre all round.

Ulemper: Disembarkation took 40 mins due to which most passengers struggled to catch connecting flights. Very poor service by Lufthansa to help delayed passengers.

Fordele: Food was good

Ulemper: Late to board, had to wait on arrival for gate while cabin was getting uncomfortably hot

Fordele: Everything other than luggage situation

Ulemper: Luggage left in London and had to pay for baggage when Momondo said luggage was included

Fordele: A340-600 is a wonderful plane, but economy is too cramped. The stewards do their job of feeding the "cattle", which lacks any personal service.

Ulemper: The terminal updates of terminal and gate notifications were wrong! If we had followed your email and gone to T3, we could have missed our flight and be worn out from changing terminals.

Ulemper: I was charged $60.00 for luggage

Ulemper: The seat was incredibly uncomfortable.

Ulemper: The seat, the entertainment, the headphone jack, the food.

Ulemper: Flight left late! Flight attendants not super attentive. Meals came late. Took forever to get off the plane! Plane never made it to the terminal but passengers were let off in the middle of the airport and placed on buses! No driver on a fully loaded bus for 10 min. Terrible! Didn’t make it on next

Fordele: easy boarding. crew was nice.

Ulemper: terrible seats. no tv or chargers.

Fordele: Crew was great

Ulemper: So tight and tiny and cramped. I flew to Europe on a Lufthansa plane and it was spacious and comfortable, the United plane was tight and cramped. Was physically touching the stranger next to me for 11 hours....Food service used sooo much single use plastic.

Fordele: The crew were truly great as I had an extremely difficult flight due to tremendous pain in my knees. Coach economy are way too narrow, even if I paid for preferred seating. A joke. Cldnt move. So uncomfortable.

Ulemper: Boardingvwas delayed so we left a good 50 minute late. Ran out of meal choice so we had to eat what they had left which was pasta that was too spicy for me anyway. I was very disappointed bec I preferred chicken but there were none left.
