The actual counter for Payless was closed so the customers from that company combined into the line for Avis which resulted in a huge line that lasted hours. The line was so long I missed the opportunity to actually rent my car because I didn’t want to miss a flight. I never actually picked up the vehicle.Anmeldt d. 28. dec. 2022

This is the worst experience I’ve had renting a vehicle. First, they only had one person working the counter while about 50 of us waited in line for over an hour and a half. Then, after they told me to go to the back to pick up the vehicle, they told me to wait 30 minutes while they get the vehicle ready for us… I let them know how upset we were after a long day of traveling and they gave us an attitude. Payless was closed and we were asked to go to AVIS counter which had 50+ people waiting in the line. The time to get a rental car was way too high and we ended up canceling the reservation and booking at another car rental counter.
