The staff were good, no problems. The car I was given was the problem. It is the worst car I have driven in 40 years: noisy, poor visibility, sound system rudimentary. (Mitsubishi vehicle). All my friends and family and even on of their neighbors who walked by laughed and made derogatory comments when they saw me in it. Maybe it was bad luck? Kayak said it would be a Toyota RAV4 or similar when I made the reservation but when I went to pick up, they didn’t carry any Toyota’s and if I wanted something “similar” it would be considered an upgrade so I had to pay extra just to get what I thought I was already getting. The customer service rep (Tariq) that helped me pick up the car was sneaky trying to scam me. He was saying that we can get an upgrade without mentioning an up charge; thank goodness I asked.
