They don't train their staff well so they make mistakes,they don't know the policies. I bought insurance before the trip and when I got there the undertrained staff did not accept it and overcharged me by triple. I went through proper channels and got the money back but was a real challenge. And the management was incredibly rude and dishonest, although at the end they took care of it the customer service was awful at best. Would not recommend it.Anmeldt d. 20. jan. 2023

Our flight had delayed and they were closed after 11:30pm. This was not there as a clear note, so we did not know they will be closed after 11:30. So we were not able to pick up the car and had to take uber.Anmeldt d. 1. jan. 2023

Your reservation will be cancelled if you are more than 1 hour late. If your plane is late, you must call and tell them to “roll your reservation”. I called when my plane was late but apparently didn’t use the magic word. My reservation was then canceled. While I did end up having a car for the weekend.
