On pickup the attendant looked like he'd rather be anywhere but there. The car was kinda beat up - little dings and scratches along with some damaged trim. The car was old enough that it didn't have compatibility with Apple Carplay or Android Auto- an exceptionally basic car for what we paid. I understand that it's the peak of vacation season in PR, but this car was not what I had in mind when I rented. Lesson learned.Anmeldt d. 18. jul. 2025

Booked at set rate for honda crv didn't have the car when I arrived and gave me a smaller vehicle which barely fit our luggage and charged me additional $175 in fees not disclosed when I booked online. The mitsubishi eclipse cross is not in the same size category as a Honda Crv which is why I booked.Anmeldt d. 18. jul. 2024

I paid for Allianz life insurance for $11/day separately and then was also charged coverage of $25/day (basically the same daily rental price as the car) on top of that so it was double what I expected. Probably will dispute the charge.Anmeldt d. 25. maj 2022

The Thrifty counter at the airport was closed so we picked up from Hertz. Simple enough. The car was adequate, but the key fob rarely worked and it was frustrating to have to manually open the doors. We were only given one key and the key ring was braided metal with a loose piece that pricked my finger several times. Terrible customer service. The morning we had to catch a plane home the car wouldn’t start. We got a cab to the airport. I dropped the keys off to thrifty and they charged me over two thousand dollars without explaining anything. They could not have been ruder or less accommodating. After calling their support number I was hung up on once and the second woman was nice but couldn’t help at all. I will never do business with them again.Anmeldt d. 20. nov. 2021
