USELESS FLIGHT "PLEASE DON'T LIST IT"
Ulemper: We paid $37 to check in 1 Baggage and the flight from SFO to Beijing had delivered the baggage in baggage claim area.
We had to take Chinese Visa to get to the baggage, even-though it is a transit.
We missed the next connecting flight to Shenzhen as it ate up all our time.
Now have to travel in the mercy of the airlines for next flight.

Worst seats and service
Fordele: Only chose it for v price but it's a terrible airline.
Ulemper: Flight was delayed. Seats are so cheap that are super uncomfortable. Food is terrible.

Denied a seating pass denied a ticket
Fordele: I was stranded by not being aloud to board the plane there was a visa problem at my destination the air China staff required me to have a visa to enter the country of India. There is a tourist visa for under 180 days stay. That’s what I get when I enter on a land route just a 60 day visa upon arrival so the agents would not let me board. Air China sent me a note that I could cancel the flight and should be able to get a refund. I have called 6 times already and have yet to speak with anyone I stayed in the station all night and at 9 am today they will give be a number that will work

Fordele: The departure from Shenzhen instead a typical Hong Kong departure is good, also the cost was good
Ulemper: Airliner should offer something to cover the seat at busisnes class instead just the blanket as other airliner do.
The policy of no eletronics during the flight is not ok
Want a review for a flight they can't book
Ulemper: You can't even supply the flight yet constantly send e-mails asking how the flight was. You shouldn't offer flights if you can't book them. Then sending constant e-mails making it seem like they're booked.
Discriminated and wasn't allowed to board
Ulemper: Firstly, the ticket I bought had a hidden stop that wasn't disclosed to me. I called and the representative said it is fine.

Ulemper: Forty minute delay boarding with no announcement of reason why

Fordele: Crew served perfectly.
Ulemper: This flight was 13 hours delay. No any info and undated news from airport and Shenzhen airline. I was sitting in the airport for over 13 hours. NO food was supplied. All customers were desperate and annoyed.

DESPITE MAKING AN ONLINE BOOKING THE PREVIOUS DAY AND RECEIVING BY EMAIL A FLIGHT CONFIRMATION BOOKING REFERENCE NUMBER, 6 HOURS INTO THE DEPARTURE, FLIGHT NETWORK TELLS ME THAT THE BOOKING IS CANCELLED AS THE AIRLINE COULD NOT CONFIRM THE BOOKING ! BEWARE, AS OUTSOURCING TRAVEL AGENTS ARE PLAYING GAMES !! VERY UNRELIABLE !
Ok for the price paid
Fordele: Was an ok flight experience. Boarding was smooth and the cabin staff were pleasant.
Ulemper: Not one of my 4 flight legs were on time. The flight I was on was advertised as non stop flight but what is not made clear is the flight has to make a stop for passengers to clear immigration and customs - which is ok but they should make it clear. They also have a wierd policy of not allowing use of phones or tablets even on flight safe mode which if you aren't prepared for makes a boring flight.

Fordele: The service has improved and nice to travel with them especially when I'm star alliance gold member.
Ulemper: Nothing for this trip
Flight network sucks
Ulemper: I saw a price on Kayak app on my Iphone. I chose the Kayak price, no other 3rd party. Kayak re-directed me to Flight Network. Purchase the tickets, filled out credit card and all. Got a ticket purchase confirmation. Went to bed to wake up early in the morning to get early flight. Get to the airport, I learned from the airline the tickets were never issued. Called flight network and they tell me the tickets have been canceled because they were not able to secure the advertised price. This is misrepresentation and screwed up my whole trip. If a booking is done, the 3rd party should honor what they sale, even if they mess up. Moreover so that I choose the purchase on kayak option. Will never do it again, lesson learned. Will purchase elsewhere.

Fordele: Great service both on the ground and in the air. The staff was very nice and made sure everything for me was perfect.

Fordele: Valgte det kun på grund af prisen, men det er et frygteligt flyselskab.
Ulemper: Flyet var forsinket. Sæderne er så billige, at de er super ubehagelige. Maden er forfærdelig.
