Fordele: I would have liked for them to refund my ticket even though I asked them to. They ignored my request and I didn't get to go on to the plane but I still paid for it.
Ulemper: A refunded plane ticket or voucher would have been better.

Fordele: The attention of the crew is very good. They are very friendly and, on the return trip there was attention of Argentine hostess. The meal options are very good as the vegetarian menu I previously requested.
Fly NZ30 ON FEBRUARY 28 th
Ulemper: The seat I reserved paying additional dollars to have no one in front of me is bad. The table has little stability and the space that one acquires to stretch the legs is dangerously occupied by food carts that pass very close. The seats are tight. And the great kindness of the crew succumbs to the bad Argentine behavior of occupying the empty seats. On the flight back to Bs.As. many overweight people were overcrowded by the bad luck they had when buying their tickets, however, thin people, who did not pay for better places, were located in an empty seat where, usually, they go familiar with babies and traveled peacefully in a place that did NOT correspond. We all understand that the spaces are small but they should take better care of the passengers and, by common sense, if there are free seats, offer them to those who for physical reasons and their full rows are uncomfortable throughout the trip which, in itself, is very long . I suggest that you put options of Latin Spanish doblabas movies on the flights you make from Buenos Aires to Auckland. FLY NZ30 on February 28 th
Ulemper: Waited 55 minutes for baggage claim in Auckland. No reason given. I expect better service from Air New Zealand even though I understand the baggage handler’s are different group
Fordele: Swap my two reviews! This one is for the flight going to London when I had the Skycouch! That was fabulous.
Ulemper: Repeatedly delayed, almost missed my next flight
Fordele: Skycouch in Economy was wonderful. Although small, it was sufficient in order to get comfortable and get several hours of sleep on a long flight. Entertainment system was outstanding, with excellent selections of movies, TV, TED talks & music. Plus, ordered water, beverages and snacks at any time via the screen and it was delivered to my seat.
We had a seat change request at the gate which was resolved by the gate agent who was amazing.
Ulemper: Check in and bag drop area needed personnel to assist and answer questions. It was not clear what to do and we stood in along line that we could have avoided if there had been a customer service rep to guide us.
Fordele: The food we were served was of excellent quality which is so unusual when it comes to airline meals, crew and service was great as well. Obviously Air NewZealand have a far better understanding of what there customer base require compared to their competitors
Ulemper: Could not fault anything
Ulemper: Great that they served two warm meals without extra charge? But the meals were quite bland, with little imagination.
Fordele: Crew was nice.
Ulemper: Ordered a vegan meal for flight companion pre-flight; we *both* received a vegan meal (it seems like people with incompatible diets cannot book their flights together). Flight seemed to have run out meals since a random third person in my row requested an extra meal and was told they were out. Flight etiquette of other passengers would have been nice; for example, it was also fairly unsafe for a father and child to keep walking up and down the aisles, let alone the bumping into people they kept doing.
Fordele: You get what you pay for. Can't complain.

Ulemper: I always have trouble hearing the announcements in the waiting areas at the airports. Why can't they (airports) fix that.
Ulemper: Please have the option to order Kosher meal!!
The 1st air company that I use, that don’t offer this basic service!!
Fordele: Crew were helpful and pleasant and it was nice to get a drink of water, a cookie and the offer of a cup of tea or coffee

Fordele: The crew on Air NZ is consistently wonderful. The entertainment and sets for domestic flights are good, but not great. For international flights, their seats and entertainment are excellent.
Ulemper: It was great. . .We thought a 16 hr flight would be gruling, but it was not at all!! Comfortable seats with plenty of room and lots of bathrooms. The flight attendants were awesome
Fordele: Great crew and counter staffing. Only took about 10 minutes to get my ticket and half of that was due to some snag with the NZ visa details.
Fordele: GREAT CREW, THEY DID THE BEST THEY COULD. VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.
Ulemper: Ground personnel could have been way more helpful. We came back from Europe and needed to take a domestic flight to Palmerston North.We had a lot of handluggage that was allowed in our international flight, we had purchased an extra suitcase ticket to make sure it wouldn't be a problem. The lady that helped us was not willing to include any more items than 1 small suitcase that weighed only 11 kg, but we had paid for 23 kg. When we wanted to board the airplane we were told we could only take 7 kg each. Which caused problems and stress that we couldn't use after a 40-hour flight from Europe. We discussed this with the lady at the counter which wasn't really helpful to start with, but eventually, she let us board the plane anyway after we had to explain our situation a few times, and after she asked us to weigh our extra items, which of course we're more than 7 kg. We were pleased that at least she let us board our plane in the end. Hopefully next time we won't encounter the same problems.
Fordele: All great, except limited entertainment and wifi was n.a.
Ulemper: Wifi, I was on replacement aircraft and no wifi for the whole flight
Fordele: I had to cancel the flight because the have customer service very poor in air New Zealand vancouver BC agents the could not solve a simple problem in esta that happened to me similarly in Australia with the same problem of esta if they are not efficient they should be replaced there many good candidate for airlines in Vancouver BC

Fordele: The crew was very hospitable and friendly
Fordele: We paid $400CAD as a OneUp bid to upgrade to Skycouch. We then saw there was a skycouch row free on the plane, and I appreciated that they gave the first choice of this row to paying customers. So we ended up with two skycouch rows, one per person. Was a dream flight, could not fault them.
Fordele: Only a 25 minute flight
Fordele: Aircraft was a new A320. Superb. Loads of legroom and extra width .

Ulemper: Scheduling was poor (turned up lighting far early than needed) and made too many and too loud of general announcements through the night for an overnight flight.

Ulemper: We booked row 2 to be a quick entry/exit but they board this plane from the rear. No entertainment, so bring your own

Ulemper: I paid for seats, but there is no record of my purchase at NZ air.
Fordele: very comfortable reclining seats for sleeping. It was a lot of work for the attendants setting up each bed and then taking it apart. But for me, it was much more comfortable than the flight from SFO to ACK.
Ulemper: Movies did not change from November to December. I watched 3 on the way to NZ in Nov and they were still the only 3 to interest me on the return flight. Disappointed.

Fordele: The crew on air New Zealand was absolutely amazing. Amazing customer service, makes me always want to fly with air New Zealand.
Ulemper: I had no heads up that New Zealand required an app downloaded and a government check before you can travel to New Zealand. Because of this, I had to download the app at the airport, and because it can take up to 72 hours for the NZ gov to approve your app, I almost missed my flight. Would have appreciated 72 hours notice of this new rule.
Ulemper: Terrible service and all around outcome. Would not fly Air New Zealand again
Fordele: I really liked how instructions were said clearly with visuals, in particular, the video at the start of the flight. It brought a sense of relief and wonder. I enjoyed the lunch I had too. The lamb curry is sublime. I would have it every day to be honest. I was also lucky that I had passengers who sat next to me, who were kind and lovely.
Ulemper: Only the take off from the flight. It made me dizzy and nautious.
Fordele: Food is always the best. I had the butter chicken for dinner. It was very delicious.
Ulemper: I think this was just a personal issue for me only, but I would say the atmosphere. I felt the plane was humid and often at times, I found it hard to breathe. On one occasion, a flight attendant attempted to take my food away without asking if I was finished or not. I was annoyed by their lack of manners. I also didn't like having two blankets. There was no room under the seat in front of me, to put it anywhere. It significantly reduced my comfort. The passengers sitting next to me also had no respect when they asked me to step aside and was rude in general. It made my mood worse throughout the flight but I hanged in there. It was okay.
