Ulemper: Wheelchair assistance at Heathrow was very very slow it took 2 hours to change gates within Terminal 5

Fordele: No the crew was average

Ulemper: Need to improve your seats.

Ulemper: Offer water or soft drink without buying it.

Ulemper: No transfer or ticket agents to be found to change/upgrade flight.

Ulemper: Late boarding , late to name the gate

Fordele: not much

Ulemper: Equipment change from A350 to very old 777. Long delay.

Ulemper: Food was awful.

Ulemper: Could have been on time and better prediction of delay length

Ulemper: No meals served, and no beverages, unless you are willing to pay inflated prices for garbage. They will give you tap water if you ask, and that's that. I still find this approach despicable and unnecessarily stingy, especially since this is BA, not a lowcost.

Fordele: the crew was courteous and did their best to address problems that were beyond their control. alcoholic beverages are free.

Ulemper: the light and most of the screen features did not work in our seats. I have encountered this problem before. this is a long and expensive flight for this stuff not to work. the food (special meal, asian vegetarian) was an awful, undistinguishable mush--poor presentation and dubious nutritional value

Ulemper: Overbooked flights led to a missed connection resulting in a 12 hour layover

Fordele: It's like Air India the crew is old and cant serve the aircraft. Nothing I liked. Flight was very old. Waste if money.

Ulemper: Change the aircraft. Give us new aircraft or at least inform passengers this is old aircraft so we don't book. Premium economy price was very high. No service. Entertainment tv 4inc which doesn't work. Seats uncomfortable. It's better to travel will Emirates.i have no words why did I travel in BA.

Fordele: Not amazing...rather lack of attention.

Ulemper: It was 20 of us in the cabin. Better attention? More alcohol?

Ulemper: Announcements at the gate: there were none. The flight was slightly delayed and there was not a word from BA agents.

Ulemper: We went to Gatwick(75.00 Uber) to reschedule in person and we were told there were no refunds and if we wanted to change it would be 250 pounds. It is my wife’s and my 35 year anniversary and this wants a mood dampener

Ulemper: Too long to get luggage off plane

Ulemper: We waited THREE HOURS just to check our bags; we didn't have time for a meal prior to boarding as a result. Were told in-flight that they should've given us vouchers, and now we'd have to pay for something to eat. Our luggage was lost and took four days to be delivered.

Fordele: Our flight attendant was awesome. Very friendly and attentive.

Ulemper: The cabin temperature was cold and the flight was delayed by over an hour.

Ulemper: Plane was late taking off, Crew did not provide water when requested. They were busy with beverages that they could sell at a cost.

Fordele: Crew good, plane clean.

Ulemper: Seats very cramped.

Ulemper: Leg room is laughable and charging $65 to check a bag is ridiculous.

Ulemper: We had to beg for one cup of water on a 3 & 1/2 flight. Very poor customer service.
