Fordele: Everything was amazing
Ulemper: Could have been better if they let me know that a swabtest result is required from their accredited hospital..what a hassle and I wasn’t able to make the flight at all coz I only found it out at the airport..such a waste of time..
Fordele: Had a whole row to myself
Ulemper: Food wasn’t great
Ulemper: they didn't tell me i couldn't make the flight until i got onto the check in counter. bad communication then and bad communication now too, when i am trying to rebook.
Fordele: I experienced the same type of service that I received on the flight from Bangkok to Seoul. I could not have expected more. I find the crew professional.
Ulemper: I can't think of anything that could have made service better. They should keep up the good work.
Fordele: Boarding was handled very well. I find the crew incredible; they were very attentive and very helpful. They certainly looked after the passengers.
Ulemper: They went out their way; I can't see how things could have been better.
Fordele: The crew took covid-1@ precautions seriously and made me feel protected during in flight services. They were very polite and considerate.
Ulemper: I would have liked to have a weighing station for my baggage before I check in so that I could adjust my belongings to fit the 23 kg limit. Instead, I had to guess my baggage's weight because which ended up going over the limit slightly.
Fordele: Seats are spacious and comfortable. Flights were on time and arrived on time.
Ulemper: Food was not too good.

Fordele: Had a row to myself, crew was extremely attentive. Due to a lack of passengers, the crew was even able to anticipate many of our needs before we voiced them.
Ulemper: My first headphones didn't work and the pull out tray in my row had a bit of left over food crusted on to it.
Fordele: Very attentive and elegant!

Ulemper: When open rows are available they should be able to be used instead of making people cram together. I saw several elderly people turned away.. crew was very rude and I’m highly disappointed
Fordele: Good food. Very clean bathrooms. Great service

Ulemper: The flight attendants would forget me when tending to everyone
Fordele: The service and the entertainment options.
Ulemper: Although I understand that the crew has to take precautions but it was strange to see the stewardesses keep their masks and gloves on during the whole flight.
Fordele: The flight was on time. Crew was pleasant.
Ulemper: The seat needs some cushion on it. After many hours sitting, the cushion on the seat turns into a rock.
Ulemper: Food and service.
Ulemper: There were a lot of confusion w/ the flight delay. We we’re told we have to spend the night in Seoul waiting for a flight out the following day. No agent greets us at the gate to arrange for hotel stay. We we’re directed all over the place and no one knows anything about such arrangement. Finally we’re put on a plane to our destination. I was not informed of the change and only realized that when was brought to the gate and put on a plane. It should have better organized and needs agent at gate to answer question.
Fordele: A very comfortable flight with no turbulence!!
Ulemper: I loved the crew!! Hard working and attentive!!
Fordele: The crew was attentive and worked hard. The checking in counter workers were also very friendly and accommodating.
Ulemper: Overall it was a very good flight; the crew was very attentive; the plane was new and comfortable; and the food was good. The checking in was a little slow; but that’s because most passengers show up at the same time.
Fordele: Quick boarding and was on time. Crew were attentive and kind
Ulemper: 14 hrs is still a long flight and the movie selections were just OK
Fordele: Seoul to NYC JFK 1/24/20 trip.
This female Korean member was rushing passengers.
Which was totally unnecessary. It is necessary to give client some time to get situated. Airline serve all kinds of age group of client. I was watching the way she was serving food, again in a rushed manner? Does she like her job? This is unprofessional. The rest of the crew members were courteous except her. Bad representation of this company.
Ulemper: Read above. The food is on the mediocre side. The beef was so hard to chew. The shrimp pasta had 3 pieces of small shrimp. I will not recommend this airline.
Fordele: One of the crew members likes to rush passengers which was unnecessary. They need to give people time to get situated. First time I saw a crew member exhibit an impatient behavior. Even when she is serving she has that rush manner. Not good. Unprofessional! I wish I can remember her Korean name. I don’t think she likes her job.
The other ladies were courteous except her!
( Seoul to Jfk NY trip).
Ulemper: Food selection was very mediocre . The beef was hard to chew. The scrimp pasta had 3 pieces of tiny shrimp and all pasta. Will not recommended this airline or fly with this aircraft. Should have stayed with Cathay Pacific.
Ulemper: better in-flight entertainment movie options
Ulemper: They should always have WiFi!
Fordele: Good food, great seats, nice movies
Ulemper: Offer water once more, later on in the flight
Fordele: Staff were all good and professional
Ulemper: I want to watch a movie but both airplanes from Da Nang to Incheon and Incheon to Narita were older models so nothing to watch. Didnt matter though actually because i was sick and slept the whole time

Ulemper: For such a long flight, I would have expected to get eye masks, but all they provided were slippers
Fordele: Comport and fast
Fordele: I really liked the food selection they provided in economy. Also enjoyed how they would time dinner and breakfast depending on our location. Left in the afternoon, had dinner while still in the Korean timezone. Snoozed for 7 or so hours and it was time for breakfast when we reached the pacific time zone. I especially enjoyed their in flight exercises before landing, it really felt great to get some proper circulation after sitting for a few hours.
Ulemper: While traveling on the long haul flights, I really liked flying on the Airbus; flight from Los Angeles to Seoul was initially on an Airbus, very modern with better screen and power outlets! My flight from Seoul to Los Angeles was on a Boeing which felt a bit older; entertainment screen was smaller and had a strange viewing angle (you have to adjust the tile until you get a clear view). While not really bad, I could've paid more attention to see if they inform which type of planes are being used during booking.
Fordele: Crew was great, had a comfortable flight.
Fordele: To be honest I liked everything from the speed of boarding to food and entertainment systems. Seats were roomy too.
Fordele: Food was good
Ulemper: Wish I could have picked my seats prior to checking in
Fordele: chicken fried steak was actually good.
Ulemper: had some difficulty understanding attendants' English.
Ulemper: Bring some salt and pepper, or only go with the Korean menu. Western fare was exceptionally bland
Ulemper: Although the plane used old, the ride itself was comfortable, bathrooms are clean, food was awesome!!!
Fordele: The FAs were all awesome & helpful. Restrooms were clean all the time. They even carried my sister’s hand carry luggage to the waiting cart upon arrival in Incheon.
Ulemper: LAX boarding gate was awful. We walked up to boarding area which was soooo far. Then rode a shuttle w very very limited seats so my disabled sister had to stand in the crowded shuttle before walking again to another boarding area. It was horrible.
Ulemper: Wine was not served cold
Ulemper: Everything was perfect excellent service by the crew.
Fordele: It didn't crash.
Ulemper: Food. Temperature. Toilet. Humidity in the cabin. All were the worst.
Fordele: Smooth landing and take off
Ulemper: Entertainment. Not able to choose and no wifi
Fordele: Crew was very interactive with my 2 year old.
Ulemper: Overall service was good but the equipment used is older. So the LCD screen is too small!! Even my iPad mini has a bigger screen .
Ulemper: The flight was very full, but overall; good service and on-time performance!!
Fordele: Great service, great smiles, great seating all the way.
Ulemper: Excellent flight. Will look for this connection in the future as well.
Fordele: Asiana does it all right! Easy check in, great cabin crew and aircraft to tasty food (especially their Korean choices) and service level
Fordele: The whole travel experience on Asiana is great from easy check in to great onboard crew, food and service.
Fordele: Check in procedure in Los Angeles can’t get any worse
Ulemper: If check in crew knows what to do, as simple as that.
Ulemper: Connecting flight in Incheon Airport delayed again, 4th consecutive time this has happened on this particular flight. I think this is done intentionally so airline can combine it with the next flight that departs 50 minutes later based on amount of bookings on each flight.
