I paid for a Ford Transit van or similar through Kayak, and at pickup was told that type of van would not be available to me. A Kia carnival was the largest van I was told in the category that I ordered. Clearly there is an issue in communication and transparency between the reservation process through Kayak and what Dollar claims is ordered. You kept $200.00 on my credit card and it was to be credited back when I returned the car. There was NO opportunity to discuss or look into this. The guy that checked me in simply said, "leave the keys" and there is your courtesy bus. I want to know where or when the $200.00 hold is released to me and have proof of it. The gas wasn't full when we got the car. Mileage range when we got in was 356 miles. When I filled it several times during the week range was 480 plus. Car was clean, many dinges and scratches but overall good for the price. Will rent againAnmeldt d. 10. apr. 2023
