This company gives you an online price and then adds fees to it regarding taxes and insurances which triples the price when arriving in person. Read the fine print before accepting their car and they do not give good quality cars. We had a 2018 March Nissan which was too compact for three people! There were hidden insurance fees of $30 usd a day. They also took forever to get us shuttled there and then a long wait to sign documents, then a long wait to get the car to us. This company clearly operates with predatory practices. Located about 5 miles from the airport, we had to wait for an hour for a pick-up. Once there, they required us to accept an over $600 charge for liability insurance, even though we understood that companies there must carry their own insurance and additional is not required. They would not let us rent without it. I strongly urge you to remove this predatory company from your list, Thank you.Anmeldt d. 31. mar. 2022

They do not provide complete information about cost of rental and required documentation needed. The car had many dents and scratches. The "Check Engine" lamp was lighted and I was told just ignore it, Air conditioning system died on my return to the airport.Anmeldt d. 9. mar. 2022

There is nothing to like. They charge a absurd amount of “mandatory” insurance money. We cancelled the reservation because the total amount for the rental period was around 1300 dollars, instead of 500. Avoid this company!!!!!!Anmeldt d. 14. feb. 2022

Staff were super kind and helpful! The system though was just a mess! Took a very long time and there were multiple complications with my reservation, but they were able to swap my original booking for a different vehicle type last minute with no hassle, despite my reservation stating I wasn’t eligible for that.Anmeldt d. 21. jan. 2022

The car was in substandard shape making lots of noises and rattling. The suv was dirty when we picked it up. The initial gentleman at the desk who initiated rental was so rude. They charged me alot of money for insurance when I have full coverage from my credit card company and the insurance was more than 50% additional to the price of car rental.
