This company has a counter on the airport without any personnel. They only have a paper on the counter that said to call a number for a representative assistance, but when you call, no one answer. The car ended up twice as expensive. It rattled like crazy. The check-in was long and not straightforward. Hidden fees, lots of pushing for extras, and a long wait. They gave us a car with the back indicator light not working, luckily we thought to check all lights before leaving lot.. mexico is notorious for pulling cars over, this would have been the perfect excuse. This created an hour delay as they had to get us a different car and new paperwork. Even though we brought our own collision insurance with a letter from our credit car provider, they tacked on a $10 daily charge for a tracking monitor.Anmeldt d. 6. apr. 2023

Beware of the insurance issues. Even if you choose the Collision Damage waiver because your credit card covers it, they will absolutely charge an outrageous deposit if you don't buy there's. The pick up was a horrible experience. We were told they didn't have our reservation in the system and then we proceeded to wait 2.5hrs till a care showed up for us. Scam! I reserved my car in USD, once I rented the USD cost was described. When I returned it, they did not allowed me to pay in USD. They processed my payment in pesos at a crazy exchange, from the original price of $350 I was charged 446.34.Anmeldt d. 19. apr. 2022
