We needed to change the name on the rental because I had booked it and planned to go but ended up not being able to. My husband went instead and the rental company insisted there was absolutely no way they could change the name. I attempted to reach help via Expedia and Kayak but was only able to reach a Expedia representative via chat. No one would help us and we had to forfeit the reservation and our money. I loved the car loved the easy pick up and return of the rental car. The airport made it very self explanatory to get the car back with white letters on the road to direct you back to the rental car return. Made me smile. I had to extend my rental due to not finishing the work I came down for and the company made it very easy to extend.Anmeldt d. 22. apr. 2024

Bait and switch. Booked a car from the airport since Kayak booked me on with a car company they said was on the airport but was a 15 minute drive away and I could find no shuttle. I didnt like the way they handle the toll roads. They have the license plate blocked out so you cant pay directly. Its 13 or 14 dollars a day or i understand they will charge you $15.00 each yoll plus the toll.Anmeldt d. 24. apr. 2023
