Ulemper: Have customer service respond in a timely manner. I know you can’t control other agency have been trying 4 days prior to flight schedule to cancel due to positive Covid-19 results and still no response so don’t know if I will lose my ticket price if so won’t deal with you again

Fordele: The warm towel given for the hands and face at the beiginning was a nice surprise treat. Great also that blankets and headphones were provided.
Ulemper: More food variety as some items ran out as they got to the back of the plane

Fordele: Nothing, the flight was delayed, the plane too small for passengers to store their carry-on luggage, the ground staff did not upload all the luggage and left some behind in Nairobi on the tarmac, the crew lied about the luggage being uploaded. Terrible experience! Kenya Airways is becoming worst and worst.

Ulemper: Flight take off was delayed aprox 40mnts & pilot’s language and message was not clear why we are still grounding !
Fordele: It’s acctually the second time , just last week 23rd , our flight with delta got delayed that made us missed our connecting flight and I had to pass through Nairobi, female crew serving snacks came over to me with snacks and told me I ordered low fat food which I did and I asked her if it was ok if I had chicken that day she insisted that had ordered low fat mean and that’s what she has to serve me and I had to tell her again I needed chicken, she started arguing with me over snacks she got offended and she just threw food in my hand almost dropped to the floor , I think that was not professional at all. And today again coming to Nairobi the female crew came over serving snacks again and requested if I could have some wet wipes my hands were dirty dirty because had seen a crew handing out with to the people in the front raw but she answered me it was in the bank and she kept on and I again asked the male crew and he explained to me that they mostly don’t give wet wipes for short flights but I had wet wipes when I flew to Nairobi from Amsterdam and I had too when I left Nairobi to Uganda , what’s the point of serving foods when passengers gotta eat with dirty hands , and today again-the same female crew skipped the first raw of two males with snacks who were seated in front of us and even if they told her they missed the snacks, she stood there and called the male crew just unprofessionally to bring the snacks for the gentleman and she just never cared . I think they should do better thanks .
Ulemper: They should be more professional and friendly to people they act like they don’t care sometimes .
Fordele: nothing I liked about this flight. Our flight was delayed by more than 6 hours. Even though airline had an opportunity to bump us in their sister airline- precision airline in earlier flight Nairobi, they refused to help us. Precision air had lot of seats empty.
Ulemper: Kenyan airways do not care about customers and inconvenience they are facing. We were suppose to arrive Dar at 7:30 pm and instead now we will arrive at 1:30 am on 28th Jan 2020.

Fordele: The seat was comfortable ONLY because I am Platinum member ( and I was able to choose emergency exit seat ) otherwise it wouldn’t have been so comfortable
Fordele: Crew was attentive, punctual, and third meal on a 14 hour flight is right.
Ulemper: Movies are badly dated, and a bit limited in choice. System was a bit difficult to navigate, and slow to respond.

Fordele: I didn't fly throw the Kenyan airlines because they kept delaying my flight time and they want to spend 24 hours at the airport because of my wife is passports is not american passport, so I had to change the flight , the worst experience ever in my flight life
Fordele: The stuff was great but flight and the its self is no good with the timing , the keep chaining flight times the cancel my flight twice
Ulemper: KQ has never not delayed. This time, it was delayed twice for a total of three and a half hours.
Fordele: Crew is great and friendly. Plane comfortable and clean.
Ulemper: Boarding in Harare was a little delayed. No explanation or information was provided. Food on board : a bun and a muffin were provided for breakfast. No butter or jam or honey or chesse. Most unimaginative meal.

It was very poor delay for 7 hour from Nairobi coming back 4 hours not
Fordele: Nothing check in counter take good two hours flight delay 7 hour return 4 hour rude staff no communication no more traveling in Kenya Airways.
Ulemper: Very Very poor service unskilled staff not enough knowledge rude
Fordele: Toilets were clean right up until landing
Ulemper: When breakfast was served, there was only the option of poached eggs. We asked if there was an alternative and Philip said No. Shortly after starting our cold poached eggs Philip brought the people across the aisle to us a sausage alternative?! All the flight attendants looked unhappy until getting off the plane. Entertainment was very basic and not really up to date.

Ulemper: The food portions were disappointing.
Ulemper: The issue was not the flight. It was the cancellation policy. I had a best friend suddenly die and I could not apply a credit to future travel on my 4000$ business class seat. It makes me not want to buy through kayak again.
Fordele: Staff was friendly and professional.
Ulemper: The quality of the food. You pay a lot for a ticket, for that pricem, I just don't expect a croissant (no butter or jam included) and a dry cake. Flight would normally leave at 7.30 AM. A normal time for an airline to serve some kind of decent breakfast for the price you pay. Not at KQ. They are not making friends this way. Am not even talking about emails going unanswered for days with very specific questions: how to book extra luggage allowance. Anyway…

Ulemper: I was traveling with a child and an infant. Would have been given a priority. We were in the queue waiting.

Headphones were issued from from second flights, but not from Zanzibar
Ulemper: Check air on on plane as it was so lights that air doesn’t hit the face so it was very warm flight
Fordele: Nothing - we were stuck at the airport for over 10 hours due to a strike. Missed all connecting flights. They didn’t even offer accommodation or reimbursement on air tickets for our next destination.
Ulemper: I really do not care. I am never flying with Kenya airways again.
Fordele: Service was perfect
Ulemper: It was an old plane and it was completely full. In this old planes you don't have much space especially when you want to do some work in economic class.
Fordele: Really good aircraft ( Brazilian made Embrare )
Ulemper: Breakfast ! But it was “04:20 hrs ! So fair do’s !

Ulemper: Not many movies to chose from.
Fordele: Everything was Amazing. This is one of the best Airline out there and they need more recognition.
Fordele: By far the best food I have ever had in a flight. And I am still trying to figure out how we landed without and no one noticed. Every one on the flight were amazed that we didn’t feel a thing upon landing. The crew were so friendly and accommodating, it was unreal.
Ulemper: Perhaps advertise more to Europeans as this airline is up there with the best of them.

Fordele: The crew was very nice and I was offered to move to an empty row but my next seat neighbors moved and I had a row on my own. The food was excellent, not spicy as I like it.
Ulemper: As it was a night flight, it would have been better to be offered blanket on the 4 hours night flight.
Ulemper: Kenya Airways sears had less leg room than Qatar
Ulemper: Seats are not comfortable for a 14 hour flight. One meal was served 1 hour before landing, Need for more drinks and food during a 14 hour flight. Flight was held at gate for 45 minutes before takeoff without explanation. Luggage was not transferred from a connecting flight.
Ulemper: Flight was 4 hours late making for a tight connection in Nairobi and our luggage not making the connection! No matter how good your service, if you don’t get the luggage through, you fail!

Ulemper: Hostesses were kind of biased. Entertainment was not too fantastic, flight was excessively delayed
Fordele: Lazy crew dont even provide water when needed. The cabin was extremely hot and the blowers dont work.
