Fordele: The crew ere very attentive.
Ulemper: Everything was great except that I find I have little taste for Turkish food. I as see this as my own failing, not the airline's.

Ulemper: Its was bad service. I know its covid but they could have done better. My friends relative took emirates and qatar. There flight was excellent as usal.
Fordele: Plane was good,very comfortable clean and new.Entertainment was great.Crew was nice.
Ulemper: Food wasn’t good at all, very low quality and it didn’t taste good.And prices for extra language (190$) is way too expensive.
Fordele: Crew was excellent, and the distance between rows are enough so seats are very nice.
Ulemper: Food stuff was not good & Turkish Airlines can not do anything to that due to Covid 19 Issue and they are following the rules.

Ulemper: The food is a bummer. No coffee, no tea, no beverages. What's the point? How eating a stew is different from eating a small sandwich? What's the reason? Nobody care to explain...
Fordele: Seats were horrible and the crew was thr most unprofessional crew
Fordele: The airplane was brand new and the service was very good.
Ulemper: The ground handling team was very rude and they refused to help me and they acted very aggressive for no reason

Ulemper: At the Istanbul airport an item was taken from me for no reason. No regulation was shown for that item to be taken. I wasn’t comfortable with the way I was treated at the airport. The flight was very good

Ulemper: They haven't all update information about covid update, workers had no idea about anything, rude and unhelpful I had to miss my flight because of their mess, stay at the airport for 4 hours to get my luggage back and get a hotel.
Fordele: All was good. Excellent price. Plenty of space. Crew was nice and helpful, as always with Turkish Airlines. The flight was on schedule.
Ulemper: The food was basic, but I understand this, as we have the pandemics, and there is no opportunity for cooking.
Ulemper: Flights are not on time with random cancellations.
Fordele: The flight went very smooth including boarding, transferring at Istanbul. The infotainment system was helpful in a way that you could see the real time camera feed of the ground and runway.
Ulemper: Fewer passengers on board. I know it’s about profits and financial feasibility, however listening to a prerecorded message about 1.5 social distancing while being boarded 20 cm from 2 passengers undermines the whole thing, isn’t it?
Ulemper: They made me check my hand luggage, did not pay attention to what airline I would get on my connection flight, neither got my warnings about it. They sent my bag directly to my destination but the other airline wouldn't pick up.

Ulemper: I was not permitted to check in and board the flight due to incorrect information about the policy and refused to consider my written proof to the contrary.

Fordele: Lady “Setora” at the check-in was amazing. Very nice, kind and helpful person.
Ulemper: Food service .. we where very hungry and thirsty during the flight. They barely give you some snacks .
Ulemper: there is little time for lay over in turkey going to Egypt one hours is not enough.
Ulemper: Please improve food. Same cold sandwich was given again and again. There was no tea, coffee, cold drink, fruit or chocolates. The menu was very bad. We are disappointed with food.

Ulemper: The food catering was mediocre, food was serve on prepackaged boxes instead of hot meals. No alcoholic drinks or other refreshments were offer due to Covid.
Fordele: It was clean. The aircraft was new, well maintained.
Ulemper: The aircraft departed and landed late. I then missed my next connection. The majority of the people working seemed to care but there was no general way to make the late arrival and missed boarding overcome with a plan. It seems it was more my fault than the airlines.
Ulemper: Seats were torn and adjustments were malfunctional. No drinks were offered. Wifi did not work either.
Ulemper: It would be great if you could serve warm food instead of bread.
Fordele: The crew was polite but did not enforce social distancing when boarding. Disembarkation was chaos with everyone pushing to get off the plane.
Ulemper: Calling people to board by rows would have made it less chaotic. Disembarkation was a dangerous disorganized mess.
Ulemper: Was perfect
Fordele: Nothing. This was the worst flight I've been on in years.
Ulemper: The food was awful, the lounge was worse than the free ones, and the service was absolutely the worst I've experienced in years.
Fordele: The crew did their best. The company, the policies, the times ... a different story.
Ulemper: Stop boarding pets on a transatlantic 11.5 hours long flight - if the owners are nuts (although they swear they love their pets) air companies must be more responsible. The first air company that will refuse to cabin board pets will be my only company to fly for the rest of my life. Sometimes, saying NO is the right answer.
Fordele: On time
Ulemper: I've been traveling for quite some time but it's the first time that I've got sandwiches inboard from start to end on a 16 hours flight. Turkish airlines what were you thinking about? Feeding people sandwiches and water during an 11 hours flight from Miami to Istanbul, are you guys serious?
Ulemper: The food was terrible. Turkish airlines used tp have great food. I understand the cold sandwiches are because of Covid but they could have been much better.
Fordele: The crew was nice. But it took forever to get our luggage when we arrived. We waited half an hour!
Ulemper: The luggage took forever to come out after we landed at JFK. Also, the quality of the food was not good on the plane.
Fordele: Pilot's landing was top noch.
Ulemper: During boarding there was a crowd with no possibility to maintain social distance. Crew should have given propper instructions to avoid that.
