Ulemper: Was unpleasantly surprised about restrictive luggage policies and fees. The website needed to be clearer about luggage. One backpack/bag was only carry on allowed. Everything else required baggage fee and checking. Baggage fees are more expensive when paying at airport, too.
Fordele: The crew was really good
Ulemper: The luggage new police was not defined and clear whrn we bought the ticket in avayama. We are really dissapointed with the service and extra costs.

Ulemper: I flew business class and food choice isn’t as great as other airlines (i.eTurkish), but still good
Ulemper: The special food I’ve order for diabetes was absolutely horrible.
The temperature in the cabin was so cold during the whole flight
Fordele: The crew was really unhelpful, work with long faces as if they been doing favors to do their job. First time that that happens.
Ulemper: Service, service. Better service by the stewards
Ulemper: It was too hot inside the airplane. I feel uncomfortable and I couldn't sleep during the trip. It happened before in Latam.
Ulemper: Both economy dinner options were terrible, and so was the breakfast selection.
Ulemper: Boarding was very disorganized.
Fordele: Very attentive boarding process. Good entertainment options.
Ulemper: Worst check-in experience. We couldn't check-in in advance, had to do it at the airport using cumbersome self-serve machines. ALL seat options were paid; low-cost treatment with full-service price tag. Space between seats was terrible. Food was bland and incredibly cheap, one of the worst I've had.
Ulemper: Entertainment didn't work, headrest didn't work,
Ulemper: Process going thru security was terrible.
Lines very long and travelers were not told that security is check by plane departing. We were waiting over an hour in line to be send back because our plane was deleyed .
Terminal was very crowded and not air conditioned.
Fordele: Professional, friendly crew.
Ulemper: Food was horrible.
Fordele: Great seat in biz class, great food and personal service.
Ulemper: Cabin was too warm for my comfort, and this 767 had no individual air controls. In flight entertainment choices limited and out of date titles.
Fordele: Wider room between seats; newer plane.
Ulemper: Bottled water, additional offerings of beverages after meals.
Fordele: The flight attendants were lovely

Ulemper: Flight was a bit late (by about 40 minutes). Other than that, everything was good.

Sucks! Just pick another airline
Fordele: What did you like? Nothing
Ulemper: Changed my schedule, made a 1 hr stop over into 10 hr. Changed the seat I had chose when buying the ticket, went from window to corridor. No food on board, instead offered to sell it (but the price for the ticket was not "low cost") Took over one hour after getting off the plane to get my luggage.
LATAM now low quality
Fordele: I can think in any. I’m disappointed
Ulemper: Now the send the oldest airplane to South America. They used to have at least an screen to watch a movie but now they don’t have it. Without it it makes more difficult to travel with a kid, more whe this was your third plane to take. Also they used to be more family friendly

Delays!! adult food like $ 1 boxed food for microwave
Ulemper: 1.5 hour delay to depart. No kids food on board, ( I requested days previously to fligh by phone ) even adult food tastes and looks like $1 boxed food for microwave.
Ulemper: The flight was delayed 13 hours...........and I arrived late to my destination , that means late to my work.
The information at the airport was chaotic, incomplete and the experience was extremely frustrating.....a nightmare

Ulemper: Business class seats do not convert into flat beds.

Ulemper: Mucho frío. La calefacción se ve que no funcionaba bien. Falto además café al final de la cena. Por alguna razón desconocida se suspendió. Al menú le faltaba algo me parece. Solo el plato principal, sin ningún acompañamiento.
Less food and broken seat
Ulemper: The food was presented in a different way, it wasn't the typical airline tray, it looked better, and they handed out a menu to choose, except the menu had only 2 choices (the usual chicken or pasta), and the food was a smaller portions than usual, so I was hungry the whole flight. Also in the middle of the flight my seat broke, it stopped reclining, it was stuck in the upright position, and the couldn't/wouldn't do anything about it, so I was uncomfortable for half of the flight

BA to MIA direct
Fordele: Great easy check-in. Extremely helpful, pleasant & professional staff. First rate experience.
Ulemper: No real issues. Seat is narrow but at least this time it declined.
Nice South American airline
Fordele: Check in staff were very helpful and friendly. Airline flight attendants were pleasant, tolerant, helpful and professional.
Ulemper: Seat was most uncomfortable and small for an overnight flight. It was more in keeping with what you would find on a cut price airline. Disappointing.
Fordele: Lovely crew onboard. Served us Pringles and drinks (offered top ups too) on a 3.5 hour flight which was nice. Gate change and announcements in the airport and onboard in Spanish and English.

Ulemper: Air hostesses who behave like amazons. Males much better on board.
Ulemper: 2 hr delay because the water tanks were empty!!!clearly someone didn't do their job. horribly uncomfortable wait without in the plane. never flying american again

Fordele: Crew attention, very caring and polite.
Fordele: The staff was very friendly and readily available. Seats were comfortable and for a nine hour flight that's what you want. We boarded on time and arrived early to Miami!
Ulemper: The Argentinian airports are chaotic, not much organization and the airport staff is not very friendly. Not LATAMs fault obviously, I'm just commenting. I rated entertainment 3/5 the shows and movies are a bit dated and the headphone set they give you is straight from the 80's.
Fordele: First of all - we arrived safely - that is the most important
Ulemper: The boarding process at Puerto Iguazu was confusing . The signage was not clear and the attendants were so busy it was hard for them to give clear instructions.

Brusque Staff, Otherwise Great
Fordele: Latam has been a great airline to fly on our trip to Iguazu Falls. The flights were on time, relaxed, and comfortable. They had a great selection of beverages and the staff were generally very courteous.
Ulemper: We were seated in an exit row and were told at checkin that we could keep our carryon bags with us. The stewardess on board, however, told us that we needed to put them overhead to keep the exit row clear. We were trying to explain that we had been told differently by the ticker agent when she abruptly grabbed our stuff and put them overhead. I understand and respect all rules regarding safety, however, it would've been more pleasant if we had been given the same message throughout the boarding process. I also did not appreciate the stewardess grabbing our stuff without finishing the conversation.
Ulemper: Domestic airport check in on latam was terrible. We waited in line 2 hrs to have our bags checked in.
Fordele: got a full refund
Ulemper: 3 hour delay so we would miss our connection so we had to cancel the day of!
Poor boarding process
Fordele: Flight was delayed but there was no information, no agency, nowhere to find out. We had a long line outside the gate 30 minutes after the flight was scheduled to leave but there was no indication anywhere or anyone to talk with to even know that the flight was delayed. The departure schedule did not provide any information either.
Fordele: Unfortunately there was nothing I liked
Ulemper: We were supposed to fly at 1.30 pm, they canceled the flight two days earlier, I ended up flying at 8.30 pm having the whole day wasted. Not a single compensation or even apologies
Fordele: Nothing in particular just a regular flight
Ulemper: Old plane entertainment system did not work well
