Fordele: The crew was very entertaining

Ulemper: More attention and better lot better amenities

Ulemper: Everything else. They offer these super low fares but it’s just a ruse to get you to buy everything . Going to Europe with just 10 kilos including a handbag only works if you buy your clothes there or stay overnight.
Ulemper: Fare is confusing on purpose, despite paying higher fare for premium l, you had to pay for snacks. Model is terrible and makes you feel taken advantage of after flying.
Fordele: Very comfortable seats!
Fordele: I have a problem w my right leg so I made sure to pay for an aisle seat for the long flight
At my aisle seat the earphone jack was broken so had to leave my paid aisle seat for a middle seat
At departure gate they reweighed my cabin luggage even though it had been weighed and got clearance tag at check in

Ulemper: Kayak organizers were not great.
Ulemper: Not cancelling flight and informing us of this at 12.04 am. Making out it was due to bad weather and persistently lying about this to avoid refunding the cost of the flight. Which meant I had to apply for a refund through the ADR. Disappointing handling at the airport. Very unsupportive. This was a shame as the flight itself was excellent. Comfortable and great in flight entertainment.
Ulemper: All good and according to plan.
Ulemper: No food or drink service. No pillow or blanket. I would have expected this for a long international flight.
Fordele: The crew was nice but only interacted with you if you had made a meal purchase, not included by default for an international flight nor are any drinks or snacks, or were going to make an in-flight purchase. For future reference, Norwegian Airlines is essentially Spirit Airlines with more legroom.
Ulemper: Better communication before booking on what was not included with the fare.
Fordele: Nice leg room cause I purchased the seat.
Ulemper: You guys can offer at least water to the passenger without begging for it. It was clear that you have to purchase food before you get on plan. Especially for international flights. Come on you guys are making enough money you can afford to offer water AT LEAST. SHAME ON YOU!
Fordele: There were movies on board and check in was easy
Ulemper: The crew was awful. They were rude and didn’t let me have water even though I payed for it. The vegetarian option was very bad.
Fordele: comfortable seat cushions
Ulemper: USB outlets did not work. no outlets to plug in my laptop.

Fordele: We got bumped over our previous flight. DO NOT FLY WITH THEM. THEY OVERBOARD
Ulemper: It was not through Norwegian Air it was another company. It was as if we were flying a domestic flight. No comfort at all. Make sure you pay the extra fee for a meal because they include no food or drinks. Be sure to bring an iPad with movies because they don't supply any entertainment at all.
Ulemper: Way too cramped for such a long flight
Ulemper: They didn't offer any beverages at all for a 10 hour flight! Not even water.
Fordele: There was a long delay that cause me to miss my Transfer. Staff was not really helpful.
Ulemper: Staff could improve their service.
Ulemper: They couldn't check my luggage all the way to Tallinn. Ot was a real nuisance picking it up, waiting two hours for Air Baltic to open so I could check in and through security again. Not pleasant! Also I booked with Norwegian, but we flew in a less comfortable plane.
Fordele: Cheap!
Fordele: Nothing bad experience and poor foursomes service. Will never fly again with them
Ulemper: Customer service is abysmal. Didn’t get offered a drink or food until 4 1/2hrs into a 8hr flight. Flights delayed and cancelled and didn’t even look after us half decent. No food vouchers or taxi back to airport. Waiting in lines for hours with no one at desk. I could go on but no room to type
Ulemper: It would be nice if they would give all passangers free food and drinks
Fordele: Nothing really
Ulemper: Delays and cancellations on every flight with them. Incredibly poor customer service. Had to wait 4 1/2hrs into a 8hr flight for any drink to be served. No updates on delays whilst at gate or during flight. Much more to say but not enough space to type
Fordele: Nothing. The flight was delayed, caused us to miss our connection. 700$ additional to get us to our final destination.
Ulemper: The staff ignored us. If you want to be ignored, starve, die of thirst, and miss your next flight the. Norwegian air is the airline for you.
Fordele: Flight was on time

Ulemper: I am a size 6 women and the chair are way too small

Fordele: Some of the crew were great but some had some sort of attitude problem
Ulemper: Better food for the morning portion
Ulemper: Be careful when booking as without paying extra for a food package (which I didn't know about through any communication with Kayak or Norwegian airlines) you won't even get water. The crew didn't even make eye contact to those of us without the food package.
Fordele: Crew great, seat comfortable (Hi Fly)
Ulemper: My wife and I had a long gap between hydrating and wished the crew could have offered beverage service more often.

Ulemper: The flight could have been flown by the airline awe booked not by another airline from another country
Fordele: One very nice crew member and one who refused to fill my very small bottle with water since I did not want to use plastic for ethical reasons. If I wanted water I was forced to go against my principles.
Ulemper: Beverage service after takeoff and before landing. I couldnt believe they didn’t even serve drinks. Larger seats. Thanks.

Fordele: Fantastic comfort for the price.

Ulemper: No meal was included, the TV screen was too small, no free drinks and to pay for enough coffee..
Fordele: Zero frills. Not a glass of water, a set of head phones or glance of the staff unless you paid for it. You get what you pay for and nothing came without a cost
Ulemper: More leg room would have been nice. Maybe one complimentary drink for over a 7 hour flight. Don’t forget to fill up your water bottle

Fordele: Crew was nice and the seats were fine. It was a short flight so I didn’t expect any more than the basics. I do find it strange to have to pay for little snacks or a can of soda.

Ulemper: Never sent boarding pass nor options to purcahse bags. Had to pay $100 baggage fee at the counter.

Ulemper: Kiwi.com said in ALL their communications that the weight limit for carry on luggage was 7 kilograms, even though Norwegian air's website said the limit was a much more reasonable (but still skimpy) 10 kilograms. When we got to the airport, they confirmed it was 10 kg.
Fordele: Nothing
Ulemper: Any sort of hint that my passport expiring within the next three months would be an issue. I was not made aware until I got to London now I am stranded here thanks
Fordele: Almost nothing but the price.
Ulemper: Tighter seats couldn't have been possible. It took an hour for the crew to warm up some food for aq child. They were intent on selling duty-free stuff.
Fordele: Easy flight, on time, polite and informative crew
Ulemper: It was pretty standard— very functional, which is what we expected

Ulemper: Flight was canceled after waiting 4 hours due to plane technical difficulties. No customer service to get to destination. While I know I will get a refund for Norwegian, not sure I will with the connecting flight. Had to go to a different airport and pay a lot more money and getting in a day. United
Ulemper: I don't like the fact that they nickle and dime you for food and different comforts
Ulemper: Flight delay not posted at airport, I did get a notification from kayak; flight took off even later because of “paperwork”
