Fordele: Not much
Ulemper: During COVID there was little attempt to distance passengers during security checks, boarding and onboard. Crew did not inforce mask policy. Fellow passengers were inconsiderate, loud, littered just throwing food wrappers and trash on the ground - crew did nothing.
Fordele: Nothing. I was sold a ticket for 709 dollars and wasn’t told I couldn’t get on until showing up to the gate. Therefore I had to spend 1000 more dollars to book another ticket because budget air wouldn’t change or refund the flight.
Ulemper: Not selling a ticket with a layover where someone with a US passport cannot travel through at the moment. Be more forthcoming.
Fordele: The crew was super friendly and attentive. Best in flight service I have received in a long time.
Ulemper: The plane doesn't have usb ports to charge the phones, and as there are no screens or anything else, make sure you bring your battery pack.
Ulemper: Very well executed.
Ulemper: Flight was completely full and certain passengers were belligerent about wearing face masks. The cabin crew did not enforce mask wearing, stating “we are not the police”
Fordele: Flight was cancelled. Kayak did not notify us. We found out by accident. There was no customer service from kayak. We had to solve with with the airline
Fordele: Nothing. There was no flight. The flight was cancelled and you did not notify us. We found it out ourselves by accident. We tried to contact you guys but we could not call or anything other. You guys suck
Ulemper: Notify your customers when the flight is cancelled. Thats the least you can do. Very unprofessional
Ulemper: Our stewardess was not the friendliest!
Ulemper: There was no food ...
Fordele: it was ok.
Ulemper: Crew allowed passengers in with no masks. Why do they write a boarding time on a pass? They started 15 min later. Then, "be fast, be fast, we are behind". Plane departed 20 min late.
Ulemper: Reckless and inconsiderate airline. The only carrier refusing to modify travel due to Covid-19 pandemic
Fordele: Everything was comfortable.
Ulemper: I can't think of anything.
Fordele: Not one thing about my experience.
Ulemper: The alertness of the staff, the boarding process, the knowledge of the staff. Not breaking my luggage!
Ulemper: I fell sick and my doctor advised against flying. Tried calling Swiss Air and JustFly.com: 6 calls back and forth and 7 hours on hold, no help. Finally got advised on driving to the airport to make the flight change at the Swiss Air counter at O’Hare. The representative told me to bring a note from doctor to switch flights. I did the next day. The same representative looked me in the eye after advising the day before and said there’s nothing she could do. Why make an elderly sick person drive to the airport again if you know already you cannot help??Absolutely terrible experience, no help from the airline or travel agency. Total loss of the full price of the ticket.

Ulemper: delayed departure EXTREMELY LATE LUGGAGE HANDLING IN BRUSSELS, more than 1 hour after arrival for SKI's to be delivered !!

Fordele: Amazing crew, great customer service and high level quality plane, despite only 1 hr travel, they served small breakfast and chocolate
Ulemper: Despite the fact I bought my tickets with 1 hand luggage + 1 personal item, they forced me to dispatch my hand luggage stating flight was full, I refused and they said they could not allow me to board. Felt my rights violated, I HATE to dispatch luggage... and in the end there was space left on the airplane luggage storage areas. Not nice
Ulemper: A solution to the seat problem. If the seat only reclined 1/2 the distance they do now, the flight would be enjoyable.
Fordele: The crew were friendly, helpful, and attentive. I'd love to fly with them all the time
Ulemper: The business class seat felt a bit claustrophobic when in lie flat mode
Ulemper: Staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful.

Ulemper: Too much nonsense with carry on and check in language.
I paid for my seat but they changed it for better balance of the plain. Really I weigh 165 lbs. Once the plane reaches altitude they let me take my seat. However the plane was barely occupied and somebody with closer and took my seat.
Fordele: 10/10 would recommend..

Ulemper: The seats were cramped, and hard to get out of when the person in front had their seat tilted back, it felt practically in your lap when you were seated.

Ulemper: I requested a vegan vegetarian meal and did not get it. I had to do with the regular meal which had a lot of dairy products to which I am allergic to. The space between rows of seats. It was really crammed in Economy and we are a petite thin family!
Fordele: The crew was amazing and helpful. The food was really good and the flight was timely if not early to my destination.
Fordele: The crew was so helpful and they feed us well. We relieved a snack, a meal, and a desert. The airline left on time and arrived early to my destination. Very enjoyable flight.
Ulemper: Swiss air returned my bagage damaged and there is no way to report it!

Ulemper: Food was served warm. Perhaps the menu could be better, but it wasn’t bad.

Ulemper: The aircraft looked new. However the seat widths seemed small. Awkward recline as well. The seats were just not comfortable.
