Had to wait over an hour in line to check in. They only had two people working and there was a very long line. When I finally spoke to a rep I was told it was going to be another hour to get my car since they did not have one in the type that I ordered. I ordered a wildcard which is basically dealers choice. After I expressed my displeasure in having to wait another hour they finally gave me a truck to rent. Unlikely to use them again. Huge wait to get the car. Only 2 staff working. Once we got the car, we pulled out and it was defective. Had to go back and get another car. So the first part was frustrating. Once we left, car was great, and drop off was easy.Anmeldt d. 3. apr. 2022

Car was extremely dirty. Paid way too much compared to other sites. Was charged additional fees without being told. Put reservation under my name and wasn’t able to change to my husbands name. I had to wait once I arrived, over 30 mins for the car. This made me 15 mins late to an appointment! They did not have the proper class of car available even after I waited so I had to take a car vs suv. The attendant put insurance on the vehicle after I told him I was not interested. I did not initially notice and had to go back inside and have it removed. I despise the constant insurance up-sale at these places. Will likely not use Thrify again.Anmeldt d. 20. feb. 2022

We arrived at FLL rental center to find about 150-200 people in line waiting to get a car at Thrifty/Dollar. Exactly 3 CSRs to handle the crush. After an hour, we had moved perhaps 30 feet in the line that snaked throughout the building. We went Sixt, paid a little more, and got a car in 10 minutes. Most people in the Thrifty line had prepaid, so they were stuck. A most horrible way to run a business. Not in a thousand years would i use these guys again.Anmeldt d. 29. dec. 2021

We’re told our vehicle would be ready in 20 minutes. Waiting in parking lot with wife and kids for over 2 hrs waiting on vehicle. No explanation no updates or reasons why.
