Returned the car, was assured I would receive a confirmation email regarding the timely (early) return of the vehicle but still haven't gotten it. I arrived at midnight to pick up an SUV reserved. I was told that I was late and the had given the SUV to another customer. I required a seven passenger vehicle to transport my family while in Florida. I returned the vehicle three days later and was double charged. Further, I went to the airport and reserved a seven passenger SUV from a competitor without hassle. I would not recommend an offsite vehicle renting company. Nice people. Nice product. Good service. Great price. Only inconvenience was off airport site. I had time so didn't mind waiting for the shuttle for pick up and drop off but adds at least 30 mins to your trip each way.Anmeldt d. 22. nov. 2024

Except for a “Karen” at the front desk, the associates are really kind. The shuttle drivers are great, but there are hidden fees everywhere, and you need to add two hours just to get into their parking lot and wait in a super long line for your car. Bottom feeders. Swindling every penny they can. And going as lying about the toll roads in order to get me to pay an additional $77 which ended up being 1/3 of the total cost and I didn’t even need to add it to the rental. Very greasy company. And had a thug blocking the exit with a van to check paperwork. Very uncomfortable experience. And the deposit was $500 instead of the $300 that is clearly stated online.Anmeldt d. 20. jun. 2024
