Fordele: Boarding went well and the seat was comfy.
Ulemper: Sat at the gate with door closed, yet the landing was there, for 20 min, on top of being 15 min late. That could have not happened and it would have been better.
Fordele: Flight was on time; I had low expectations for that and was positively surprised!
The Crew was polite and friendly.
Ulemper: Coffee was not good at all.
Ulemper: Boarded the plane and then de boarded to find out that the flight had been rescheduled possibly 12 hours. I still don’t know what the problem was. Luckily it only ended up being delayed 7 hours instead of 12

Ulemper: The reservation stated 2 checked bags but it was only one so we wound up having to repack and carry a heavy bag as a carryon.

Ulemper: The Airplane was a 737 , without entertainment, for a 6 hour flight. Food was cold.
Fordele: New and clean aircraft, very nice business class lounge at Orlando airport
Ulemper: Food was terrible in business class, very limited choices in entertainment, cabin staff not engaging or particularly helpful

Fordele: Yes! Everything was comfortable and on time. Everyone was courteous. I had a great experience.

Ulemper: The luggage policy, is confusing since the drop off luggage is with extra cost. Unnecessary complications. The snack meal, really poor.

Ulemper: El centro de servicios al consumidor no contesta las llamadas de forma eficiente. Tuve problemas con el check-in que requería asistencia. Tuve que esperar un total de una hora para ser atendido (dos llamadas : una esperé 35 minutos y colgué y la otra unos 38 minutos más). Al fin y al cabo la persona que me atendió no me pudo ayudar. Me dijo que no podía hacerlo pero que iba a poder asignar dos asientos juntos para mi esposa y yo. Para sorpresa mía no fue así cuando hice el check-in en el aeropuerto tenían a mi esposa y a mi separados. Tuve que aceptar los dos últimos asientos en la cola del avión - los cuales no reclinaban completo. Para culminar; para cuando la azafata vino a proveer el servicio de almuerzo- se había terminado la carne. Mal servicio

Ulemper: The food was quite bad (e.g., old lettuce, no vegetarian option), the flight attendants were brusque with the passengers, and the seats were very hard.
Never take a fly wiht JUSTFLY. Lo peor Justfly
Ulemper: Justfly took 32 dollar to have the seats and wasn't asign and I ask for special food and they didn't transmit to Aerolineas argentinas.
Justfly me cobro 32 por asignar los asientos y no lo hizo. Tambien pedi comida para diabeticos y no los solicito a Aeroliena argentina.

Check in time overall took 1 hour
Ulemper: I was charged us$29 for a checked in luggage (within weight limit) because I used kiwi.com . I don't think it's acceptable.
Fordele: The set up to board the plane was slow
Ulemper: Allow more time for boarding. prioritize people with small children and disabilities, as well as older travelers and with mobility problems.
Fordele: After we bought waters through the gate, we had to throw them out before we got on the plane. Then every time we would click the button for a flight attendant to come over to give us water, it seemed like an issue. We got maybe a single gulp in every cup. It got to the point where they ignored us.
Ulemper: The flight attendants. The food. Being able to bring your own water after buying it THROUGH the gate. Everything.
Ulemper: No entertainment neither WiFi. Cheap sandwich.
Ulemper: The pilot kept speaking info in 3 languages.. disturbing the movie.

Fordele: Flight departed and arrived at the prescribed airports; nice crew.

Severely limited beverage offering: Forget alcohol of any kind, there are only four choices: coffee, water, coke, and sprite.
Check the baggage fees!! Even on international flights Aerolineas Argentinas sees a need to charge baggage fees, even for the first bag.

Ulemper: There was no alcohol of any kind. Very strange for an international flight, even as short as it was (1.5 hrs).
